This morning the person in front of me had issue when I came in with being overly charge for something he orders everyday - I order number 3 up size to a medium - received a small hash brown - and up size was 1.40 - sign said 1.10 - so should have been 7 dollars and some change - but it was 8 dollars and some change - and received 6 pieces of hash browns that was suppose to be a medium - lol - the guy up front is not experienced on it as he is trying his best to figure it out as he goes - looks like management is forcing the issue - you got to make the proper call - if you don’t have 2 people who can run the cash register then close the lobby - instead they have someone they assigned to the register that is not trained to do so and you can see the emotion and pressure building - he is still respectful at the moment and keeping it together - but man come on why? Now I’m never gonna stop here and who knows who else

I ordered two whopper jr and two medium french fries, then they gave me only one fries so I had to park and went in. They fried one right then, so that was fine, but the kitchen condition and hygiene.... was awful. I almost threw up. Then I smelled the french fries on the way home, and I think they used either a very old frozen fries or old oil.. It smelled a bit weird. Someone said here that this location is under management change a few months back, and if this is the new one, that's a big no... Will never go back to Burger King.

This sorry location is the only one that doesn’t constantly allow breakfast options for order thru the app. Not sure why but my guess is that it has something to do with store’s approval because all other locations allow such.

We ordered x3 Impossible burgers with cheese and also x2 large fries at the drive through. The staff was very friendly. We received our food piping hot. And ate it at home and the burgers and fries were still hot and very tasty after a 10 minute drive home. We loved all the veggies and sauce on the burgers. I will certainly return again.

My order took forever at drive thru. I assumed that they were making it correctly because of wait time but nothing was right. French fries were cold. 2 plain burgers were fixed normal by way. I will never go back to this one I will starve first. Tried to reach out to management still waiting on call back. Drive thru sucks.

I ordered a plain burger and I received a burger with all the fixings. You know thats fine thats okay mistakes happen. But the tones of everyone in the drive thru was so rude. Rude greetings not even a receipt to go with my order. I leave the drive through and check my burger seeing as to how I ordered a plain burger, the fixings were on it like I said, not the big deal.I take it back inside and the manager is very nasty has an awful tone very not impressed.Not only did she give me a new burger, but it was a new burger that was not 😳 plain. I worked fast food for years.I understand that mistakes happen, but two mistakes after I approached and made mention of the first mistake.Not happy at all. Burger king usually doesn't disappoint me.But i'm disappointed today. I leave 1 star because 0 isnt an option. Fix your attitudes.

Just left here. At (;00 a.m. they said they were out of coffee? Well can you make some? No. Fine I will go to a gas station and get coffee. No offer of a refund. Then I get to work to discover the bottom of the biscuit was missing. So out of an order that was a medium coffee and a biscuit I received 1/2 of a biscuit. Just terrible. Also...stop calling your customers a boo.

Gave one star so I could leave a review. They deserve zero stars. They have absolutely no interest in their job. Why do they even apply for a position in hospitality . Stood five minutes there. They didn’t take a single order. There were other customers in line but no body at the counter. The worst place to go to 👎
