I ordered 2 BK Royal Crispy Wrap meals $18. Cold, carelessly thrown together with the wrap not wrapped at all. Staff was rude and couldnt care less. I hate this location, i have lived on Signal MTN for over 10 years and have never had a good experience here. Stop hiring the worst bottom of the barrel employees.

Hate to be leaving this review today they usually are on point in my experience but probably the worst whopper I've ever had in my life today ordered a Texas double whopper for one they gave me a single ....so I take it back up there and tell them I need a double another they put onion and tomato when I specifically said no tomato or onion and the bigger lady rolled her eyes like it was my fault you messed my order up lmao guess I wasn't the right skin tone cause an African American complained about their order and it didn't seem to be an issue and they even got an apology all I got was an incorrect sandwich once again and it had guess what ? Tomato and onion on it and for some reason the bun was super soggy like it was wet or something and half a jar of mayo and no bbq sauce so needless to say I will not be back to this location guess you have to be African American to be treated with respect

Got two 2 cheeseburger only ketchup there was no ketchup order a coke they said coke need to be change. I told them give me sprite instead I got water down sprite and no salt on my fries. My fries was old
