My sister and I stopped for a bite to eat on our way home from work. Usually the customer service is subpar at best but this day, it was excellent. From the time we pulled up until we got our food and left, the service was great. It’s been a LONG time since I’ve had a wonderful experience at this location. Id stopped visiting because of the poor customer service but I’m happy to say that I will be back.

Don’t try to communicate if you have a problem at the store. They will not answer the phone and actually leave home off the hook so they don’t have to deal with you. Only time service is good and management is responsible is
Morning shift. Otherwise staff doesn’t care

Supposed to stay open until 1:00 am .Went for a Grubhub order . Got there about 10 till 1;00 and people were already coming out to leave .

They have the rudest drive thru employees ever. Didn't greet, or say thank you. She just threw my food and closed the drive thru window on us. Just very ignorant people who rolled their eyes at us and have problems attending the public. You hate your job so bad, get a better one and learn how to work with costumer service. I wonder why that location looked empty. Managers are probably in it.

We do not recommend that location at all!
Hope one day they work on their people skills.

Food wad cold made my stomach hurt it was nasty that's why I do not eat at any of the restaurant on Brainerd rd except for Chiles restaurant, the only thing that went good was the girl at the drive thru window .I will never be back here ever agine

10:42pm. Ordered 2 wraps, one honey mustard and one fiery. Don’t know what it was but it wasn’t fiery at all they both tasted the same and weren’t good at all. Ordered large onion ring Horrible! Must have been sitting for hours, could have broken a tooth! I don’t have money to waste as I live in my car right now so it’s very upsetting to pay $11 and it be lousy, that could have been gas money, but I chose door number one! Food should be delicious and hot and employees should notice how long food has been sitting under heat. Hated the food!
