They have timers in their drive thru lanes and they are graded on how long they keep people in line so what they do is they take your order and they make you pull around and get a parking spot and wait for your food to come out. I stopped by this location and tried to order a Whopper, but they were out of the regular Whopper buns. I was told they could substitute a brioche bun, but it would cost an extra 30 cents. It felt strange to be charged extra because the restaurant was out of the standard item. I ended up going elsewhere, but I wanted to share this so management is aware. Thank you.”

Just take the burgers off the morning menu and stop pretending you serve them. I've tried to order one for breakfast 4 times now, and every single time they didn't have the broiler on to make one. It's obnoxious.

Fish sandwich was not hot or fresh also missing cheese, when asked to remake all they did was put a slice of cheese on the sandwich and give it back. Staff said they put cheese on it, all the staff was standing outside with a dog.

Ordered through the mobile app, got to store 15 minutes later no order showed up in the store so they told me to wait and maybe it would show up. Waited 20 more minutes and the order still hasn't shown. Can't wait till burger King goes bankrupt. Really a clown show and their mascot isn't even a clown.

This this 3rd time we ordered food and we didn’t get what we ordered the phone to the restaurant is cut off how can u miss up on a on line order
Let me tell you, I stopped yesterday to get a couple plain double cheeseburgers yesterday after my daughter and I went to a jump park, before getting back on the road. Listen, when I say, this was THE most delicious plain double cheeseburger I have ever laid my eyes on. It was delicious and also probably the prettiest one I have seen. Wild. I hate to admit this but it's true, I ate half of the 2nd burger. My daughter fell asleep right before I ordered. I waited 20 minutes to give her time to wake up but I couldn't stop thinking about how good that burger was.... also it was just as good 20 minutes later. My only negative note is that I wish I had gotten 4 of them.

At the drive through the employee dropped our change and wouldn’t give us the amount from the cash drawer or offer to come outside and pick it up. We had to pull over to wait on our food and we asked if she had our change she said “Nope”. There weren’t any straws so when we walked in behind her and mentioned it she said the straws were in the lobby. Completely poor service so I do no recommend.

You pay good bit of money to get food and to have it just slapped together. The lady at the drive throw was awesome that’s about the only good thing about getting my lunch today. I won’t be coming back there
