Ordered takeout, told pull up 5 min wait, 15 min later had to go in and ask for refund, was told if you place larger order than one sandwich you have to wait, you shouldn’t have come here in the first place! Told by Jeff, general manager!

JANUARY 12,2015 about 8:45pm I went through the dried thru and ordered a trio meal. The person taking the order was courteous and my order correct and hot,thanks Burger for being open because I was hungry too LOL.

I arrived at the drive thru speaker at 2:54 with no one in front of me. It is now 3:07 and I got food. This place is a joke. The girl was busy chatting with a couple of guys at the counter. The dining room is filthy, they have no tea and my order was not correct. I will not go back.

I stopped by there on my way to work this morning and I ordered the chicken biscuit meal; my potato rounds were cold, so I requested some hot ones. They re-dropped the ones that I gave them back and gave them back to me greasy, the package was greasy, paper towels were soaked in grease, even the box and the bag that they hand them to me were greasy. Needless to say, I was very unhappy because I was already on my way to work in Cleveland when I realized what they had done.

I have repeatedly been to this place where the cashiers have shortchanged me in the drive thru, thinking I wont notice and drive off. This happens every other time so I know it's not accidental. It took me a bit to realize this was deliberate so can't say if it was the same person or different people but the last time was a heavy black woman.
