Been here ten minutes waiting on whopper, watched rings sit on tray the whole ten minute they finally served me 11mimutes later cold noting while watched ten people in drive through be served. I asked for hot rings now burger cold . No smiles no apologies lame. Lobby empty and cool only reason yall get stars. Ketchup packets covered in sludge just disgusting cashier new too she just threw some away instead of rinsing it off

I visites the Lee highway store to dine in. When I pulled the door it was locked. I knew they were open because it was 4:50 in the afternoon. Not to mention there was a customer inside eating his food. Not one worker came to open the door. The customer finally gets up and unlocks the door so that I could come in. Meanwhile the workers are pissed because now they have to help someone at the front counter in addition to drive through. No one spoke, smiled, or apologized for the door being locked. There was a drive thru order taker, a drive thru packer, and someone making sandwiches. They definitely needed another person. But locking the door because they don't want to do both is unacceptable and should be immediate termination. If you review the outside cameras on 7/15 from 4:50pm to 5:45 pm you will see how many more people pulled up and couldn't get in. Most people drove off and went somewhere else. Only few went to drive thru. The company is loosing big money because people don't want to work and because upper management aren't sending help. And customers are waisting gas driving to your locations and can't get in during the middle of the day. Do something immediately.

Wednesday 6/11/2025 around 1pm.
This is a reminder of why I stay away from fast food to include bk. Assistant manager with an attitude. It's been like two years since I stepped foot in a bk. And this is the thx I get. Not again......what rude mgr. I snatched the sandwich off the tray and the other associates see it and say how rude. Yet they didn't see the managers horrid annoyed attitude.
Recommend: not at all. Not this location for sure.

Ordered a honey mustard royal chicken wrap with everything that comes on it. Got one without lettuce, without honey mustard (which is in the name of the item!), 1 tiny slice of tomato, and the 1 piece of chicken in the tortilla. Not at all what I was expecting and was highly disappointing. Doordash refunded though, and the manager working last night (4/12/25) did offer to write my name down for next time (which I declined because we all know how that really goes lol).

I go there for my cheat days. Most of the time, the order is correct. My last experience it was not. I generally use the drive-thru and didn't discover my order was incorrect. I immediately contacted the restaurant. Of course, they advised me to come back to correct the order, but I chose not to return the same day. However, during my next visit, about 2 weeks later. I reminded the manager of the incorrect order. He recalled speaking to me, and I didn't have to remind him how the sandwich was to be prepared, he remembered. This manager is always friendly and seems to be rather kind.
