The gentleman who works the drive thru the last couple of times we've stopped here was contagiously happy and energetic. We were on the way home from a stressful doctor's appointment and he turned our day around. He deserves a raise and/or a promotion.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! THE GM SUCK. Pulled up to the drive thru and seen the lady looking inside of my cup put the soda and lid on and handed me my food! Pulled off and noticed how my cup had less ice which I didn’t care but once I opened that lid there was a a black knit swimming at the top I pulled up to the drive through and she said pulled around she already said it’s about your sprite?!?!?? SO U SEEN IT AND STILL GAVE IT TO ME?!? So you see why I am hot and 18 dollars wasted and guess what the Gm offered a 3 dollar credit I WANTED A REFUND FOR MY WHOLE MEAL I WASNT GOING TO EAT AT A PLACE THAT HAS KNITS JUST SMIMMING IN MY SOAD !!!!!! Do better

Worst customer service ever. Order a large meal with everything meat and cheese with two burgers having mayo and ketchup. I get home and to my surprise every burger is fully dressed. I have picky children and children with allergies, so I called to see if they would replace the meal and the lady told me "NO, not her problem because it came through her in everything dressed" I informed her that my receipt and app didn't say that and she said "not my problem" and hung up. I then reached out to app support and was informed all the could go is give me 2 $15 coupons. I want my money back since the other went into the trash but no they want to send coupons like I'm going to return or something...smdh

Unbelievably poor service. Waited in a line of 3 cars for 20 mins before I pulled out and left.

Drive thru sound system led to difficulty for staff hearing the order, but it was entered on receipt correctly. However what was bagged did not match the receipt. Received two extra medium fries, but no cheesy tots or onion rings as was ordered and paid for. Also, simple things like depressing the 'buttons' on the drink lid would be very helpful.

Favorite burgers, all my dinner money goes here. Tonight, order my double whopper and find out they closed 20 minutes prior- one hour early- when I tell the manager my dinner money is now gone because I paid in the app he decided to give me a bunch of flack about how they need to be getting home safely - i said why - because of weather he said - what weather??? That was 36 hours previously and the roads are ALL driveable without issue. He blamed it on his manager and said he does what he's told and there's nothing he can do. I said you need to shut the app down if you're closing early so we don't lose money and this so called manager Maurice or something gave me SO MUCH ATTITUDE when I said don't talk to me like that I'm the one who's upset he replied with yeah you're the one with the attitude!!! Yeah dude!!! My mo eyes for dinner is hone and you are not making me feel any better about it while yelling at me instead of doing your job as a manager which entails dealing with upset customers!!!! This guy needs to be demoted. I couldn't believe his response so I just shook my head and drove away and as I did he SHOUTED after me BYYYYEEE!!!!!!! As if to put a stamp on his terrible behavior. I'll never spend another dime at this ridiculous location. If they're not messing up simple orders for plain burgers they're ruining your dinner some other way. I'll drive further just to go to every other burger king location which is much superior to this one for the last 5 years. If the company reads this please know he lied to you if he said they needed to close early for weather - there is no bad weather and driving home at 930 is the same as 1030 . He treats your customers with zero respect and has no idea how to manage

I do not recommend this location. No matter the time of day I've gone there over the years, there's like a 70% chance they are going to mess up your order.

The food is good, the service is fast and the employees are very nice. This building is the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been in and I highly recommend. I will be back!
