Went through the drive thru on our way out of town. Ordered a sausage and cheese (NO egg!) croissant and a sausage/egg/cheese biscuit. The girl repeated the order and said, "Sausage, egg, and cheese croissant." To which we said, "No. Sausage and cheese only." She replied, "Of course." Got the order, got on the road. Sausage, egg, and cheese. Thanks a lot. Cannot have egg due to an allergy. And the biscuit was like a hockey puck. You suck.

I will never eat here again nor recommend this burger king to anyone. I had 2 things left off my order so when I called the lady answered I started to explain what happened she hung up on me so I called back she totally ignored the fact that she just hung up on me and told me that as long as I have the receipt if I come in she'll replace it. So I went back to the store when pulling around I asked her if she was the manager I spoke to on the phone she said yes and handed me my food I told her I just wanna know why I got hung up on because it was pretty rude. She replied oh well I had a busy signal on my end. I just shook my head and said yea ok and drove off as she slammed the window shut. If this was the case and she actually had a busy signal why not just apologize for hanging up in the first place.... obviously if you don't like your job Michelle Bush find something else that isn't fast food or dealing with customers. The picture is one of the items they left off the first time.

12Sept2024, I went thru the drive thru and they put mayo on a sandwich I ordered. I went back after I left because the sandwich was for my wife. Why did they take the sandwich back? I told them I wanted for myself for having my time wasted, but the manager insisted they needed it back. They threw the burger in the trash in front of me, took a while to remake my sandwich and almost messed it up again. People make mistakes but why take the sandwich away from me? I brought my receipt that showed no mayo, no onion. I guess they wanted to make sure I wasn't trying to get over on them. I don't like being treated as a suspect instead of a valued customer

Starting today I will no longer be "pulling forward" to wait just so you can have better numbers. This goes for you and every other fast food restaurant. The look on the woman's face when I told her no was priceless.
I worked at Burger King fresh out of High school! It was my first Job!! It was a good experience!! I still could make a whopper til this day!! They are so good!! I can’t eat a whole one this days!!!

Burgers were dry, tasteless and overloaded with ketchup. Do not buy their sausage egg and cheese croissant. They are skimping on the egg. My egg was an eighth of an inch thick.
