Tried to get a table when it was cold outside while my 8 person party was in line to order. There were many tables open and my two year olds were cold. I sat inside and was kicked out by one of the servers with a nose ring because we were “skipping” line. When we were literally ordering. She was not kind, and my $100+ party left. I will never come here again. Which is sad cause we are always in a large party with a GF order which would be more money.

Charged me close to 80 dollars more than they were supposed to the day after we ate here. We called to try and resolve the issue and they not only where extremely hard to reach but also claim they can’t find our transaction in there system. Somebody is scamming people at this restaurant. if you eat here use cash only.

Unfortunately, I didn't love my experience. Maybe it was just an off day, but it wasn't great. The guy up front just seemed tired and like he did not want to be there. The bathrooms were dirty, the faucet had mold, and there were paper towels all over the floor.When we got the food, my bun was cold. Not just room temp like it had cooled, but fridge cold. The kids meal was just a tiny cup of broccoli and a soft drink. The food was just kind of okay. Very average for a burger place.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie burger and an impossible patty available for the burgers.Dietary restrictions: There is a gluten free bun available. It's very crumbly.The fryer is shared, so none of the fried items are safe.Parking: There were a few spots available. Very easy to park on weekdays.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu available. Extremely small portions.Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs at the front, but there is an electric wheelchair lift.

For almost $100 for 4 people the food was subpar. Burgers was ok, 100% wasn’t worth the money on top of having to get your own drinks. Culver’s or 5 guys wasn’t far behind this place for way cheaper.

The burgers were fresh and very appetizing. Service was fast and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Loved our experience! This is now our favorite go to burger joint. :)

To the ordinary eye all 5 stars looks too good to be true….BUT! Burger Republic is definitely worth the visit! The food is reasonably priced and oh so delicious. We ordered our food and had a wait time under 15 minutes. The staff and atmosphere is outta this world. Safe to say I’m a fan and will definitely be back for more!

This place was a total suprise to us all. This was absolutely phenomenal! 10/10 all around. The service was good, fast and inviting. The food was absolutely phenomenal!
So you order upon entry and are asked to tip there after ordering. If you leave a tip it's for service you provide yourself. You have to get your own drink and refills.Also when ordering we asked if the burger we order had mayonnaise on it and was told. NO. After biting into said buger it in fact is covered in not mayo but ayoli which is 90% mayo based.The people who bring your food out was nice and brought out a new burger.

Paid almost $60 for 2 burger meals that didn't even come with drinks - the lady at the counter said we had to buy 2 sides in order to get drinks. We paid for 2 mac'n'cheese sides and they still charged us for the drinks. We got our order pretty quick, but there was virtually no one at the restaurant. I ordered a milk shake after eating my burger because I had seen amazing pictures of them on here. The milkshake was the size of a mcdonald's medium and they charged my nearly $10 for it. I had to wait over 20 minutes to get a small milkshake because it apparently didn't take in their system. If I hadn't had my receipt they told me they would have to charge me a second time. Utter nonsense. Do not ever plan to come back, don't waste your money here, it isn't worth it.
