Burlaep is the real deal. Their pourovers and espresso drinks are consistently top-notch, always crafted with care and intention. I especially appreciate the rotating selection of beans from roasters around the world, which keeps things fresh and interesting. We were in town for my daughter's SAPA Championships and her 17th birthday. I stopped by after Championships on my way back to where we were staying for a little pick me up. Burlaep makes great coffee. It is an open concept coffee shop with an apparel company attached - really cool designs for some of their stuff you can purchase in house.
The baristas were kind and engaging. This is one of the best coffee spots in Chattanooga!
