We hired Dan to make the cake for our wedding Saturday and it was a great experience. The cake tasting and consultation was fun, and any communication in between ordering and day-of was smooth. The cake turned out beautiful - we got compliments all night. Oh! It also tasted great!! I highly recommend this company. Final note - our reception was in a covered outdoor venue in July, and the cake didn't melt or lose visual appeal at all in between delivery and when it was served.
Dan the Cakeman is amazing, as is his business partner Pam. For our wedding, Dan made the cake and Pam catered for us, and we could not have been happier with our experience! Thank you so much!
Dan the Cakeman is the absolute sweetest and best baker! We got married in September and he made our amazing wedding cake (2 layers-red velvet cake with cream cheese icing and chocolate cake with chocolate icing all covered in buttercream icing), 3 different types of cookies (chocolate chip, sugar and macadamia nut) and cupcakes (wedding cake with vanilla buttercream icing) and they were all so good!
