Stopped here shortly after 7pm on 10/8/24. Wasn't greeted by the drive through associate and was rushed when I ordered followed by a hasty "pull around". I pulled around and right on out the parking lot because I don't want your fish sandwich if I have to be disrespected to get it. I refuse to give my money to a company that can't say a simple hi, hello, welcome to Captain D's, something!! and not rush me when I order! I left and went to Chick-fil-a because their employees know what customer service is and they show they appreciate me spending my money with them. Do better Captain D's!

Food was hot, delicious, and quick. Everything I ordered was correct, and they added plenty of extra sauce as we requested. Can't get Captain D's in the surrounding area better than this.
The food was hot and flavorful. The restaurant interior is very run down for a chain restaurant. The staff was quite unprofessional and almost rude with the verbage

I'm visiting from out of town. My family suggested this place and location. We get there and walked in; it was two people in line; one of them was on the phone in front of the cashier. after a while of listening, the guy thst was on the phone was related to the cashier. He was calling people, saying "guess who I'm in front of?"; and was having full conversation holding the line up manager walking back and forth not doing anything. The final straw for the customer infront of us is when he passed the cashier the phone, and she said, "Hey, Grandpa." , the lady in front of us was taken back by this and left out and told us we can have it!! this is ridiculous! I'm tried from my 14-hour drive to see my family I went and sat outside for a few minutes while this Debacle take place. When I went back in, my food was there. I had two pieces of catfish, Mac and cheese, and broccoli. I have never seen Catfish fillet that small in my life. Which makes you think, are you eating real catfish? The Mac and cheese was alright but definitely gave off microwave vibes; the broccoli was broccoli. The price that is being charged for this dish is ridiculous. I can definitely see why this fast food chain did not last in my city.

Even tho it’s was 30 mins until you all closed I would’ve wanted the same at lunch time, yall workers just pushing anything out tht window. Like I said I don’t care if it’s 10 mins til closed I would like to receive some hot fresh food but Wht I receive was straight trash, 1st off didn’t hav wht I wanted like really you all out of chicken LIKE HOW, talking bout the truck come in the morning so had to change my whole order got the 2 piece fish & fries, hushpuppies hard as a brick, fries cold & old & the fish like it’s been sitting up under the heat lamp all night. No matter Wht time I come to your store fresh should b the only option. Had to go get me another meal cause I wasn’t eating tht slop

I ordered the 2pc breaded chicken to go . It was so pretty and flaky, I thought it was fish. Absolutely the best tenders I have had in years, as was the hush puppies. There was a line when I entered. They worked it down in no time. The workers were quite friendly. Did I mention the food was yummy ? It was.
Well , when you order the funnel cake for $4.19. You expect to get more than 10 little sticks of some cake dough. That is totally ridiculous.
