We order the grilled white fish and shrimp. When we got it home and started to eat our food the fish was not cooked. THE FISH WAS NOT COOKED ! I don't think the shrimp was cooked either. This is inexcusable. I'm cooking it in the oven right now. I gave around thirty dollars for our food and I'm having to cook it.

Filthy, nasty, and rude workers. Appearance is everything and the workers clothes were dirty and attitude was awful. I wouldn't eat here at all. Close it down

My husband had 8 literally 8 pieces of okra
My bake potato taste like yesterday's under a light.
I love captain d and never have I been disappointed until yesterday!
Not one little crispy in the box either!

Most of the time when we visit, it's okay,but today was not good. Rap music turned up very loud in the back was not a very good atmosphere to sit and enjoy a meal.

Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. The fish was noticeably overcooked—dry on the inside with a soft, soggy crust that lacked the crisp texture you'd expect from freshly fried seafood. The mac & cheese was equally underwhelming, with an overly mushy consistency and an unnatural, bright orange color that made it look more processed than appetizing.

The coleslaw tasted fresh, crunchy, and well-balanced in flavor—clearly the only item that felt properly prepared. As for the service, the employees weren’t rude, but they also weren’t welcoming or friendly. The overall atmosphere felt indifferent and uninviting.

Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location.

When placing my order thru the drive thru window I wasn't ready on my end so the CDs associate had to make two payments for the order but before I pulled off to go to the pick up window the associate was very informative about my payment. The gentleman was very helpful and very nice about the situation. My order for the family was correct. Great service good food.

I ordered a big fish sandwich and the fish looked like two long fish sticks. I ordered it without the lettuce in hopes of getting slaw instead the young lady claimed that she couldn't add slaw but I had to get it as an extra side at $3.19 or something like that I just wanted a tablespoon of slaw on my sandwich not a whole cup. I chose fries with it no salt and they were cold and tasted weird not like potatoes. Captain D's is definitely not the same. The food use to be fresh, hot and the customer service tops. There was a time I could get slaw added to my sandwich without paying an enormous price for it. Now I know why there were no cars in the parking lot or drive thru

The inside is disgusting to start. Filthy tables, rude employees, bathroom was a biohazard. Food was cold and tasted horrible. It's apparent from the repeat low star reviews that the owner DOES NOT CARE about this festering hole of a restaurant. You have front line employees with horrible hygiene, visibly filthy, no gloves, personal belongings on the counter, and just a generally unkept apperance.
