The inside is disgusting to start. Filthy tables, rude employees, bathroom was a biohazard. Food was cold and tasted horrible. It's apparent from the repeat low star reviews that the owner DOES NOT CARE about this festering hole of a restaurant. You have front line employees with horrible hygiene, visibly filthy, no gloves, personal belongings on the counter, and just a generally unkept apperance.

This food never disappoints. To feel like you are eating southern comfort food via drive thru. Yes please! 💙🤍 The shrimp and crab cakes are sooo good! ❤️ The fish batter is amazing as well. So good! Great service! 🙂

I arrived at 9:30pm tonight no one would answer the headset said hello 3 times… nothing. This is the 2nd time this happened it’s terrible.
Mom and I went to the Captain D's on gunbarrel Road near the mall. They were short-staffed. I got the flounder fish sandwich with fries for $7.99. mom got the flounder with shrimp and fries for $5.99. The food was good and hot.

We dined in and the whole time we were here the crew that was working was very respectful of the customers coming in leaving and through the drive through! The most respectful bunch of young individuals I have experienced at a fast food restaurant in a very very long time! Thank you to everyone working on 10/13 between 6:30 pm and 7:30 pm during our meal. You guys rock! We will definitely be back to this location. Keep up the good work !

The cashier and one of the cooks were arguing the whole time I was placing and waiting on my order. They got my order right and the food tasted good but it was not a good look.

They left shrimp off our meals. But we asked for it. Restroom dirty. Restaurant not that clean where condiments and drinks were.
No sense of urgency here. The two staff are on their personal phones with headphones. No gloves no sweet and sour sauce or replacement for it. No nothing. Just get what we got attitude. Eating at the window while we waiting on food is CRAAAAZY. Absolutely NOT. REFUND.
