Fries were rubbery, the steamed broccoli was over cooked and mushy, and the chicken planks were unflavored. I had to repeat my to go order several times, and I still got the wrong things so I had to wait longer.

Ryan, the manager, couldn’t help a lady with her app and immediately came out with a demanding voice telling her she was out of luck.
Her reward was a free $5 side dish, he infuriated her enough instead of just helping by giving it to her for free as advertised through the app. She walked out pissed at him.
He then got in to an argument with his employees and continued to yell to the two younger girls up front.
This is a ridiculous form of management.

I've been here a few times and haven't necessarily had a bad experience but the place is a bit dingy. Food-wise, the fish is always hot and fresh but the fries are sometimes cold and the coleslaw is sometimes warm. Prices are a bit high without deals or coupons, in my opinion.

A young lady rang me up. I looked at my receipt and said Dillon but not a girl's name. She was absolutely rude. I ask what was in the fish and Chicken combo and she not only rolled her eyes but she then just really was hateful about telling me. I'm sorry I ask Jezz. I had no idea it wasn't 2 sides like normally. The cups she gave me she shoved the lids into them and had them pushed together when giving them to me and the lids came off in my car and all over me! OMG

Food is mediocre at best. Just watched an employee eat & drink on the frontline; and, then make a drink for drive thru & take an order for an inside customer all without washing their hands! Yuck! The prices are ridiculous for the quality of the food. This location imo needs a remodel as it looks dirty and outdated. It would be nice if they would update the drink selection while they are at it. I won't be going back anytime soon.
Drive thru service is awful. Staff was arrogant and unhelpful. I couldn't understand their comments through the speaker and at the windows I was told that it's worked fine since the 70s (making it my problem).My fish and chips came with any tartar sauce nor was I asked if I wanted any. The take out container was full of breading like they had just dumped the fryer in it.

The fish tacos are excellent! But I had to drive up to the window because no one ever answered at the speaker. I told the man, who seemed irritated that I bypassed the speaker, and he said trucks like mine often don't register on their sensor. This was the second time I sat for !n extended time and waited to order. The last time I finally just went somewhere else

It's a Captain D'Souza what can you say. Almost 28.00 for 2 15 piece shrimp, Fries and slaw. Not the greatest seafood but ok when all you got.
