I asked for some extra crispy bits with my fish and not only did I have a respectable amount in my box but they gave me a whole extra container! I could cry from happiness lol. Service was so fast and extremely nice- and the food is piping hot and absolutely delicious! I’ll definitely be back no doubt.

Waited 10 minutes at the screen before server took my order. Waited another 15 minutes while my order was prepared. Ordered fish...got dried out chicken instead. Fries were stale! It was the worst Captain Ds ever!!! I have placed a review at the website you provided. This is really unfortunate because I do like your fish and I will miss eating it. Your first response felt really inadequate, uncaring and unresponsive. Providing incredibly slow/rude service, messed up orders and poorly prepared - poor quality food...and then giving an inadequate response will lose you customers!

My fish plate was awful I mean $14.82 I expected to be able to eat the fish and not about chock to death It tasted awful and the baked potato wasn’t to good neither! No sour cream and butter like I requested The tea was good and the okra was ok ! I had eaten there before and Did not like the food. But when coupons came, decided to give it another try. I will never go back again. The fish was fine, the 'hushpuppies' are made with the same batter uses on the fish. Not hushpuppies at all. But it was the treatment that made me ever go again. I am a disabled senior and instead of waiting in line I notices several other people had sent part of their party to get a table. So I took an open table. One of the waiters came over to me and said I had butted in line. And he was loud and rude. So if we had not already made our menu choice we would have just left. But we moved to a bench at the front of the cashier and waited for the food. One of the kitchen helpers saw the treatment and gave us a side dish. But that kind of treatment will kill any business. It sure killed ours.

Today my family and I stopped in to eat at the Hixson location for dinner, we were so impressed with the kindness that we were met with by a young man working the front counter, (Kevin) his smile was so welcoming and he was so polite from beginning to end, what a change from what I see in so many people today. He was so professional (not something you see offended) our food was great (fresh and hot) I knew immediately that I had to write a review !! Thank You “Kevin “ please continue to be exactly who you are and keep smiling!! Because of you we will absolutely be back !!

The food at this Captain D's is GREAT! My husband and I were hesitant to eat here because we had bad food and service from this location a few years ago but clearly something has changed for the better!! We ate inside about two months ago and went thru the drive thru tonight. The fish, chicken and fries were all hot and fresh and the coleslaw was great on both of our visits. I am very glad we decided to give this Captain D's another chance and we will be eating here regularly from now on.
