Was dissapointed in food and service this time. Meat over cooked and tough. Server seemed distracted by friends.

Always a fan of Carabba’s. But not this time. This time I was very disappointed with the very burnt to go food we received. This was supposed to be the spiedino di mare, burnt and no sauce received with it.

Use caution of ordering for delivery and you have dietary requirements or allergies. I ordered a vegetarian sandwich and was sent a similar sandwich with meat on it. Not worth the risk if you have serious dietary issues.

Ordered by door dash, Veal was tough and portions were small. Pasta was bland and had very little steak and vegetables, was mostly pasta with little sauce. Only saving grace was the small cup of Chicken noodle soup. Will never order again.

The people who answered the phone were phenomenal! Everyone at work wanted food from here so I decided to try it. The soup had absolutely no seasoning in it. No salt no nothing. I ordered the pasta al forno with sausage. I figured for $19.99 it would be good and man was I wrong. You would think you could taste more than noodles and sausage. The sauce had no flavor. I could make this same dish at home but make it taste a million times better. Will not be back. There’s a first time for everything and that was it. Will be taking the chicken soup home to spruce it up as we had all of it to go.

Good food, excellent server, very attentive and informative. I hadn't been here in years because my last visit was horrible, convinced by friends to try again and was rewarded with a totally different experience. Will come again.

Strive to provide consistent service from all servers and staff. From my most recent experience in November, it seems some servers need better training.

My wife had the pleasure to have dinner at your amazing established the other day. The young lady who was our serve was amazing. Her name is Kaylee. She was very friendly and gave us some ideas of what activities we could enjoy in Chattanooga due to us being new to the area. Hope all your serves are as amazing as this young lady.

We had Kaylee as our server. She is freaking amazing. She knew the menu, front to back. Very thankful for her suggestion of the Cannoli Cake! Definitely will be back as long as Kaylee is our server.

Im here a couple times a week. Today was the first time I was truly displeased. I ordered my steak pittsburg rare and it came over cooked. For the first time in years I actually sent it back. The new one came back, it wasn't bad I just feel the quality of meat affected how they were able to cook it.

Might have just caught them on an off night. Our waiter was great, but the food came out before soup or appetizers even though he put it in. Over all food was great, and our server did recognize and correct the problem.
