As a vegan family it's nice to be able to eat out.
We enjoy our visits to Chattanooga and SE Tennessee. This is a very good place to be whole foods plant based.
Recommended dishes: Jackfruit BBQ Nachos
Very good Impossible Burger & Sweet potato

I went to Cashew this afternoon for lunch and despite having gone likely 100 times over the last several years the food was so good I had to write a review. I have never had a bad meal at Cashew, their food is extremely consistent with how delicious it is. I always get the buffalo bowl and chips with cashew cheese and it is truly phenomenal. The staff are always kind and helpful, it truly is one of the best meals in Chattanooga! Don’t forget to get someone sweet on your way out as well, one of my faves is the s’mores donut!

Absolutely loved the food! Everything is 100% vegan and you can truly taste the freshness in every dish. The food is flavorful, well-made, and incredibly satisfying—nothing feels heavy or artificial. Each item we tried tasted amazing. The chai deserves a special mention: it’s so refreshing and comforting, the perfect way to end the meal. Highly recommend this place to every vegan (and even non-vegans!)—especially if you’re around this area. Don’t miss it!

The atmosphere is great and so are the people. The food is very mediocre. Could be so much more flavorful!

It was my first time there. I ordered their bestseller, the Jackfruit BBQ Nachos. They were really good, though for my taste they had a bit too much sauce. The place is super nice and cozy, the service is excellent, and everything is very fast. The prices are also good. I would definitely recommend it. Updated from previous review on 2025-12-10
Good food. Service was friendly and attentive. Dessert was awesome.
Only negative is surprise credit card fee once you get your bill. I am so tired of companies doing this - if you choose to accept credit cards as payment, the merchant fee is a cost of doing business. Stop nickel and diming your customers!

The grilled chicken salad wrap is delicious! And their chocolate chip cookies are irresistible.

Good selection of food but the food we got was cold and so so. Out of a few of their things. Nachos were more chip than jackfruit and cold. Mac was not warm and so so.
Recommend the nachos and the donuts! Never disappointed!

We unfortunately had a bizarre experience here, which is disappointing to say since most reviews are positive. The most bizarre thing was that we ordered beer but the waitress explained that they don’t have their beer license yet, therefore none was being served. However, the physical menus are obviously not new and are quite used, so that didn’t make sense to us. Second thing that was strange was that many menu items were unavailable and sold out. It’s understandable if one or a couple items are sold out, but not a list of things, like half of the menu, and unfortunately things I wanted to order. However, the desserts and pastries were definitely not sold out. Our waitress said she thought we already knew but no one told us.
There are pros that we liked such as allergens being listed next to each menu item on top of the restaurant being fully vegan. I got a dish I didn’t want but had to get whatever was available, and it was still tasty.
The experience would be better if they actually served everything on the menu and if the management actually worked on professionalism.
