I brought my family to the ruby falls tour. We ended the tour around 12:30 and went get some food because we were starving. Had to order the food ourselves at the kiosk that wouldn’t take our card so had to redo it in another kiosk. Our food quality was terrible. Flavorless and mediocre at best. I’m pretty sure I’ve had better at the grocery store cold section. For $75 I should get better food than McDonalds. If you plan to go here for lunch either bring your own sandwiches or go to McDonalds instead.

For the cafe, pepperoni pizza (flatbread) was good, lemonade is too sweet and skippable. Beer on tap was interesting and you pour it yourself. Be ready to wait though when it’s busy during lunch time.

I cannot comment on the food since all I ordered was a cup of coffee. My review is mostly about the customer service. I stepped to the counter after ordering and was completely ignored for least 3 minutes and when a white patron stepped in front of me the person calling out orders immediately greeted them and continued to ignore me. I finally asked about my coffee order and I was told they were really busy. Another white lady who was behind me stated that what happened was wrong and that I was ignored so I know it wasn't just me. Subsequently, a few moments later a completely different person called my name and sat my coffee on the pickup counter. As an HR Professional I can assure you that Training in diversity and sensitivity is truly needed at this establishment. I did not feel welcome as a customer in this establishment but did not want to ruin this trip for my kiddos. Do better Castle Cafe it is 2024!

$12.99 for basically a bowl of salad, most of the greens were bad/slimy. Very disappointed with that - Cheesy Flatbread was good, Soft pretzel was too salty. Definitely expensive for the quality of food.

Ate here after a tour through Ruby falls.Was a nice day so we sat out on the patio to enjoy the view.The food was great. I had a grilled cheese and tomato soup that hit the spot with the little bit of cool breeze in the air.My kids ate everything on their plate which is saying something.Like others stated, not really a service place, order on kiosk and wait for your name to be called then you buss your tray after you are done. What else do you need.Price was a little much but its a tourist spot, its to be expected. At least the food was worth the price.

There's not a lot of service since you order from a kiosk, get a text when your food is ready, and then you go pick up the food from the counter. Great atmosphere giving you cozy cabin vibes. The prices are okay for an attraction eatery.

Ruby Falls is a sight to see! Mother Nature at its finest. The commercial circus around it almost made me regret my ticket purchase. My tour group was at least 40 people, yet it moved along
