Where it shines is it's atmosphere if you like cowboy boots, pickup trucks, and cold beer Champys is your kind of place. The vibe is southern fried for those with southern pride. As a Doordasher I have to say they are one of the worst at togos despite appearing to have put thought into it (they have a dedicated room for Togo however there never seems to be a dedicated Togo person. And since the room is segregated from the restaurant you are unlikely to see any other employees leaving you waiting alone in the dedicated Togo room with your growing frustration as your only company).
Wow wow wow, this place is amazing!!! Everything tastes like mee maw is back there giving it all her loving. Very home style cooking, generous portions and the service was some of the best service I have received in a long time Rae really treated us like we where family to her even though it was our first time. We had the Catfish platter and it was Devine along with the baked beans they where out of this world. Thank you Champys for the great time.

Chicken was dry and the skin was hard. The chicken was over cooked for sure. The atmosphere was cool. Came from GA and stop through for food. I’m thinking it was late that’s why the food taste that way. It was 12 am.

Corrupt Management. Management has instructed the wait staff to round up in change. Why don't they round down? In other words, if you have a check for $18.10 and you hand the waitress a 20 dollar bill, your change is 1 dollar instead of $1.90. My question is ... why not round my way. The way I view this is ... management is instructing the waitresses to steal money from the customer. I feel bad for the waitress staff. They are left to apologize for horrible management corruption. I would like the owner to call me ... you owe me money. I will continue to leave bad feedback until the theft policy is discontinued or ask the East Ridge Police for help. Hey Owner ... You're a thief! I see that you never review or respond to feedback. Maybe it's time that you do! After reading reviews, I see that I'm not the only one who has been cheated.
