Food was great! As always! We typically get great service here that’s why we always return. But our service today was very questionable. She only got our drinks once then we didn’t see her again until we had to pay. While we were waiting for her to come back to take our payment she got sat another table and they ended up leaving because she was no where to be seen for 15-20 minutes. We noticed she kept going up to the host stand talking to other servers instead of taking care of her tables. Which is fine with us we understand the food industry. But she wasn’t at all tentative at all- Maci was our server.

The food I had again was too big for my taste, I've never seen Chicken livers So Big as my Knees and I've worked for Chicken plant, Please Small One's next Time. Thank you
Great food! Service was non existent. Server took my order, someone else brought it to me, and my server only showed up to take my money. I never received my tea and at minimum a glass of water would have been nice to have with my meal. I will try to sit at the bar next time. But overall the food was great!

It's like Hooters or Twin Peaks but with slightly better food. Unfortunately, the girls have more clothes too. If you like overpriced fried chicken and goofy, but hot girls, this is your place. For me, there's room for improvement.

Had a pretty awful experience at this restaurant tonight. We were seated but never waited on. We waited for approximately 15- 20 minutes before we even greeted and asked about our drink orders. I ordered a water husband and ordered a tea she came back with two waters. Now I know many places are busy and we gave the benefit of the doubt but when I single white male was seated right next to us his drink order was taken immediately. Why am I waiting.....we explained to the waiter that we would need to cancel our order a d to speak to a manager. I spoke to Morgan, and she apologized but never said anything to explain why we would have needed to wait that long to just be greeted. Never again.

Went Tuesday night to get a salad. 5 or 6 girls working. It was not crowded at all. We sat at the table 10 minutes, no one ever came to our table so we left. We told the hostess and she just said "sorry". The girls were too busy talking with each other to care about the customers. Service seems to be iffy every time we go. We won't give them another chance for a long while. They need to train their waitresses better. Had to give 1 star or it wouldn't let me post.
They have slipped a little on the quality of the chicken.

LOVE their fried chicken and sides. It's the best in Chattanooga. I'm from Texas where they know how to make amazing tamales innately, so I do not recommend the tamales.
