My husband and I came here for dessert and really liked our scoops! I got the coffee cake and man it was tasty. The waffle cone was god too! I would definitely come back.

On vacation from the UK I’d read that this place was the best in Chattanooga for ice cream. So when we’d finished our trip us the Funicular railway we stopped by for one. The salesman was brilliant very helpful explaining the difference flavours to us and even giving us a little taste. Even recommending a couple of restaurants for our evening meal in town. I chose the coconut & almond, hubby had a 2 scoop vanilla/ plus banana and he can’t remember :-)))) But both went away very happy.

We got ice cream after our Incline railroad ride. It was reasonable in cost and average in taste. It was refreshing but not something I hadn’t had before.

Nothing wrong with the ice cream but wasn’t blown away either. Kind of pricey at $6 for a regular size scoop in a regular sugar cone. They probably had about 20 flavors but kind of weird that they didn’t have a chocolate chip. Only one type of chocolate flavor and it was chocolate. I guess they did have a dairy free chocolate as well. Went to the St. Elmo location. I think they have two other locations. This location is on the ticket buying side of the Lookout Mountain incline and past the ticket office towards the street. Parking lot for the incline is behind the ticket office and costs $2 to park.

Clumpies is AMAZING!!! I just wish this location had indoor seating options and more staff (a bit slow). The location was fun though with the incline!

I was so happy to find an ice cream shop that offers dairy free ice cream. They have several flavors, too. Friendly staff and delicious ice cream.
We decided to try a shake before heading up the mountain on the Incline Railway. They have so many flavors and the ones we had were amazing! I highly recommend giving it a try especially if you love ice cream!

It was hard to find parking nearby. The ice cream was good though. The ice cream cones leaked though. There was a good variety.

Got some ice cream after riding the Incline Railway, it was yummy! The staff was great! They are utilizing a walk up window only with outdoor seating available which is working well for them.
