If this is the best Philly cheese steak in the world. The world is in desperate need for a change cause this garbage. Uncooked onions, uncooked peppers just a bad deal all around. Two little sandwiches fries and drinks 30 bucks!

We have always drove from Dalton to TN for Charley's subs. Came today to find they no longer have A1 sause such a disappointment. Why sell Philly cheesesteak and not cause? Boo on yall. Do better bring it back!

Very rude and unprofessional crew. They don’t want to work past 7:00 pm. Hateful to customers for buying and ordering food past 7:00 pm. Worst treatment at a restaurant we have ever seen. These kinds of attitudes and aggressive behavior don’t deserve the privilege to get to work and earn money. Shameful and a disgrace. Go learn from Chick-fi-la.

I have been going there for at least 15 plus years. Manager does a great job, everyone is trained well and hustles. Try out the Chicken California! Super good.

My kids loved their cheese fries, but I felt like the meat in my Philly cheesesteak was a little dry. They loved that the cheese was so thick and there was so much. They said that the only thing that could have been better about it was that they layered the cheese instead of just dumping it on top.
The service was fine and it’s the mall so the ambiance is the same.

I asked the girl at the counter how she was doing and she just stared at me with a mad face and asked what I wanted then I had audacity to say leave a tip which I did cuz karma and then girl making my sandwich was mad cuz I said yes to a bag and my girl said no so I said yes again because she couldn’t hear with her AirPod in and she threw the bag on the counter and then put the food up so aggressive for what? and said in the most mocking tone she could “I hope u have a great day” while still making a stank face 1/14/25 3:40 pm

I got a Kimchi cheese steak, and it was delicious and flavorful if you are into kimchi. I waited less than 5 minutes while being able to watch it get stacked.

They closed early twice now. They say 6pm on Sunday and they closed at 530 2nd day in a roll. They do not care about the customer.
Meat was dry and felt like chewing on sandpaper. I ordered a plain philly steak with just the meat and cheese, and the lady handing out the food asked me if i had the philly no veg and i said yes. she continued to put lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on it when it was supposed to be plain. i politely told her it was supposed to be just meat and cheese, she then yells at me, complains about remaking my food, then TOSSES it on the counter and walked away. Customer service was terrible, and so was the food.

The staff here were excellent and the classic cheese steak is probably one of the better ones in the Chattanooga area as well don't have many choices for cheese steak in Chattanooga. I hate that this place is in the mall which absolutely sucks. I wish charleys would open a free standing joint somewhere.
