Denise took amazing care of us. She suggested options to save money, made sure we had everything we needed. She noticed we had a picky eater in our group and was very accommodating for him. Food was delicious. Highly recommend. From out of town visitors.

A certain AI engine suggested this was the best bbq in Chattanooga. I strongly disagree. The portions were large. There was a lot of meet on the sandwich. However, the meat is cooked over charcoal and hickory per the website .... but you taste more charcoal. Also, there was so much sauce on the sandwich you really couldn't taste the meat. If your looking for brisket, don't go there. They serve a beef shoulder, which really cant compete with brisket. Also, for some reason, they chare a $4.50 service fee for orders over $50??? Go figure?

Tried their pulled pork for the first time at the Hutton and smith anniversary party. It wasn’t good, not smokey at all and honestly looked like it came from a Sysco container. Baked beans were really good tho and everyone was super nice.

This was our first visit from GA, by way of Miami, and I must say the ribs were pretty good! I got the rib sandwich with everything (bun, sauce and slaw). I didn't know what to expect but was quite surprised. I will definitely go back!

This is one if the better bbq places in town, although nothing comes close to the Carolinas and Georgia. It's just too bad the owner/manager/or whatever-title-she-has is rude and inconsiderate. This happened on two separate occasions when my coworker and I went to grab a quick bite after a long day. I guess she doesn't want news customers to become regulars, because she just lost two of them. Maybe I'll consider going back, when her attitude changes.

Best ribs l ever had. Recommend by a local Uber driver who went to high school with Regge Jackson. Fall off the bone tender smoked meat with enough sauce was just delicious. The coleslaw & baked beans together with the meal was incredible.

Great place near UTC to get a $10-$15 lunch. My wait was 10 minutes, and the owner and cashier were very friendly. The food was fantastic, classic BBQ and sides. The fried okra was top tier. I recommend taking the 10-minute walk to this restaurant instead of overpaying for the chains at the college.

James the owner very unprofessional. He didn’t give me a refund after I found a 3 black curly strands of hair in my food. He told me he could remake the order but can’t refund me. He’s very rude! Please save your money !!!
They get busy and to serve each costumer fairly, there might be a bit of a wait. But it's worth the time and patience.
