This establishment has very low class management and stated that they didn't have a manager to speak with lol ? I have never heard of that before at ANY BUSINESS & the female and male at the door refused to give me their names and handed me a card that doesn't even have their managers name on it lol ? it states Hula Lauer not Salena which was the name they provided me with...they apparently had let me in last night and apparently they stated that I was banned when I asked for the reason they didn't provide it, when I asked them why they let me in yesterday they couldn't provide it, when I asked for a manager they couldn't provide it...the tall male that did come speak to me clarified that he saw me last night in the facility but they all couldn't give me any information about the situation or any answers nor their names lol ? if you have a low quality staff who can't provide simple questions for your customers they shouldn't be working there and just letting random people in the building the owners need to look at the video security and see how I was in there last night yet tonight I was told to leave...without a reason because they couldn't verify anything!! Do a better job on how you treat your customers and fire your staff that isn't doing their job apparently!!

Great place to hang and shoot pool with friends. They have several different types of leagues you can join.The menu has changed recently and like everywhere else, prices have gone up.The staff is very friendly and takes good care of you.You want to try getting there before 6:30-7:00 in order to find parking in their lot. League nights parking can get full quickly.The biggest problem is the smoke. Even on nights when it's not that busy, the ventilation system leaves a lot to be desired.Parking: Good sized parking lot. On the nights of league play, the lot fills up quickly. Fortunately, the neighboring businesses don't seem to mind if we use their lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible. Even have ramps inside to get to the shooting floor.

Wouldn't recommend. Got there and wasn't busy, but was a 7 dollar cover for card. Stayed for a while got a rum and coke and a burger and fries to go. I thought everything was going well, the server was nice, but took a while to get around to me, yet it was hardly busy. Paid for the drink and Burger and fries to go. I also gave the lady a 10 dollar tip. Just to come home and my burger isn't even cooked. I tried to give the Benefit of the doubt but if that's the way all their burgers come then I would believe the server would asked me how I would like my burger, or would of let me know they do their burgers a certain way. But this burger does not look appealing to me whatsoever. What do y'all think?
