The salads are very fresh and big but I never had a chicken Caesar salad with boiled egg and mozzarella cheese.

Ate lunch with a friend there this week and, as usual, the food was great. The wraps, sandwiches, salads and soups are all fresh and delicious every time. The staff are so nice and the owner so dedicated to providing a great experience for his customers. Always clean and I love the cool music! Highly recommend!

My salad was absolutely delicious. The raspberry vinaigrette was so goooood! I wish I could re-make it. Id say maybe a bit spendy for a salad but you are left feeling good after eating so thats awesome. The customer service is excellent. I've recommended the Chattanooga Salad Company to everyone.

I come here a lot. The salads are the bomb. You can make your salad healthy or loaded with toppings. Either way one of two places I go just to get a salad without meat. That's how awesome there salads are. They also have baked potatoes and sandwiches. If you cannot choice they have a pick two.

What a change of pace from eating at a Truck Stop. This place is very nice if you are trying to eat healthy. The staff that morning were very nice and pleasant.

The food was sub par. I could have made this at my house easily. When I go to a restaurant and pay restaurant prices ($22) I expect something better than a microwaved baked potato with sour cream and cheese. And a salad that I could have made for $2 from Walmart. I would suggest adding more ingredients like BACON. There needs to be something special for me to come back. Make the food memorable.

Stopped in here off the road traveling from Cincinnati to Atlanta. This is quite the hidden gem. Luckily Yelp helped me find it. Good salad. Good portion. Not the most fixings I've seen but more than enough for the salad I wanted. I also got the tuna salad in a cup on the side. Delicious. Just ate it off the fork. So glad there wasn't raisins and nuts in it. I don't like that version of tuna fish salad. Highly recommend if you want a salad and want to pick your ingredients. Most restaurant salads (other than Panera) are usually boring. They have space to eat in but it's not really a place I would go to to eat out unless I wanted to eat right now and I was driving. Kinda hard to eat salad and drive. It would be more of a take out place for me.
