Great and informative! All staff was incredibly welcoming and seemed to genuinely love their jobs! Your guide was so fun!
Great detailed but to the point explanations. Clean bathrooms and great selection of whiskey to taste!
Highly recommend this tour save. It for the evening. Definitely worth the money. Staff was amazing and I would do it again.
Very friendly staff. Excellent experience!
This was a fun experience, and would be even more fun for whiskey drinkers! My boyfriend and I went because we love distillery tours even though we’re not a huge fan of whiskey or bourbon. The tour was neat and interesting and definitely would recommend. My only thing is that it would be so fun if the whiskeys were paired as drinks or served the way the staff feels is best. But, this is coming from someone who doesn’t drink whiskey — the best way might just be plain and neat, lol! I would recommend this tour or tasting for people who like to drink plain, neat whiskeys or bourbons, but would not recommend for those who only like it in other drinks or paired with certain things.
My wife and I did the taste testing tour today and it was great! A nice surprise for our 5th year anniversary trip ! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and he did a great job explaining the history of the company and the whiskey making process! Would recommend to anyone who is a whiskey drinker!
Good experience, great explanation of our tour guy , and our tasting server , experimental are my favorites ( Alpha, 044, and 045 , 💯 recommend
Absolutely fantastic. I have done more than 30 spirit and wine tours over the years, but I can say without a doubt, this was the best, most value, most educational, tastiest one I've ever done. If you love whiskey or dark liquor, its a must. If you don't think u like dark liquor, u still have to do it. Totally worth it. Highly recommend.
We did the tour and tasting today and had such an incredible time with Patrick and Ben!
We were the only two on the tour and it was a fun, personalized experience. Patrick was so knowledgeable about the history of the distillery and the processes behind making whiskey—I was so impressed. Ben guided us through our tasting after the tour and made great recommendations of things to try. My bf left with a bottle of the Founder’s Blend Whiskey. It was so fun to learn something new and these guys made it an absolute blast. Cheers!!
Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery is doing some VERY cool stuff! We went for a tour and our tour guide was excellent. The tasting included in the tour was very generous - 6 pours of the bartender's choice, and 3 more of our choice. Definitely a spot to check out if you're in town! We especially liked some of the single barrels and founder's selections.
We did the tasting experience and everyone involved was friendly and willing to answer any questions. They even let us taste other ones that were not part of the tasting.

I recently visited the Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery for a tour and whiskey tasting, and overall it was a wonderful experience! The location itself is beautiful and very clean, which immediately made a great impression. The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, adding to the relaxed and inviting atmosphere.
The tour was engaging and informative — I especially enjoyed learning about the history of whiskey laws within the county, seeing the barrel-charring process up close, and visiting where they age their experimental whiskey. I also appreciated how they set up the tasting beautifully and offered three different whiskeys for half the tasting depending on their current experimental releases.
My only disappointment was not being able to see the main facility where most of their whiskey is produced. Additionally, the tasting took place in the main bar area, which was loud and made it a little hard to hear the guide. Despite those minor drawbacks, it was still a fantastic visit, and I’d definitely recommend the tour to anyone interested in whiskey or local history!
Taste different types of whiskey and buy the famous Chattanooga whiskey. Nice bottles to gift and affordable prices.
Very informative and a Burbon I will be keeping on the shelf
Probably one of the best tastings for the value I've ever been at... Get a bottle of 111. Top quality
Staff are very knowledgeable on their products. They give you the information about the tasting and then occasionally check in with you.
