Order food on UberEats 40 minutes before closing. They told my delivery person they were out of my items, even though it the UberEats app the “started” my order. Thus, when my driver told me to cancel, we were expecting a full refund. BUT instead, because they “started” the order, I was eventually charged for the cancellation more money than the order was actually for. Tried to call the store 20 minutes before close to get some sort of explanation, but no answer. Phone rang a few times and disconnected. Absolutely trash experience. Will not even consider this place again, ever.

Truly Miss this Place.. its been closed for over a year and half.. I hope they reopen. I live in Nashville but when I travel to Chattanooga this is where I would go for great wings, flavors and prices. We miss yalll. Lol

First off the veggie chicken wings are Morning Star chicken tenders. If I wanted Morning Star I could’ve went to Walmart. The veggie wings need to be updated. At least put some effort into making some veggie wings. Putting sauce on the bland pieces of veggie meat you guys serve does not deserve anyone’s money. To all vegetarians/vegans out there, buy somewhere else.
