Great food and great service from Chelon.
Ross was our server at the Chattanooga location and he was awesome!! If we didnt come back for the honey croissants we would come back for him!

Very busy BUT our server Izzy was excellent, it was our first time experiencing here. I got meatloaf, cream potatoes and broccoli casserole. Husband had country fried steak, cream potatoes and broccoli casserole. Both were delicious, plenty of food on your plate.

Three of our dinner plates were served with broccoli, one as a side and two with it in the Alfredo sauce. All three plates had mold in and on the broccoli. The manager spoke with us and told us thank you for letting her know. Of the cheddars we have went to in the past, this has never happened before, so probably won’t be going to the one that serves mold to their customers again.

This is just in response to calling them just now. I love cheddars but I would avoid this location. The person answering the phone transferred me off to a non existent person for an answer about soup. Then I called back and pushed the to-go line and got the same person and they transferred me again. Finally got a person and they had an attitude (think her name was Tammy). I would avoid this location.

Server was amazing, great knowledge and attitude with a smile. She was super helpful with menu items, made gorgeous croissant rolls and was always checking in. I'm going back, you should check them out!

Omgosh yall the fish and shrimp was amazing and dipping these in the bourbin sauce was perfection! Very Good! Im ready to go back for some more!

Not great. It wasn't packed, but whilst we got seated straight away, we then sat without any service for 15 minutes. Several servers passed us, but it was as if we didn't exist. It all seemed a bit chaotic and that didn't bode well for how long the food might take, so we just left and went elsewhere.
