We only saw our waitress when we order d and received our food. Had to have another waitress get our refills and check. They were not completely packed out, not sure what was going on with her. Food was delicious but kinda pricey.

Parking: We had no problem finding parking. We were right up front and there's parking all the way around the building

Kid-friendliness: Our kids enjoyed their food. They had a game option thing on the table but you do have to swipe your card and pay to play .

I ordered the fried chicken and it was good, but slightly over salted. I loved the green beans. The honey butter croissants are amazing. Service was superb. My only issue is seeing servers on the clock sitting with their off-the-clock friends. The servers would sit a while and then jump up to check their tables. My server didn't, so there is that. I also ordered potato soup for my lunch the next day. It was fantastic.
