Definitely don’t come here for breakfast. I ordered a 10 piece mini and this is what I got😂. They didn’t put chicken in half of the minis. Also when you come for lunch do not get the waffle fries here, they don’t cook them all the way though.

service is terrible!! the man in the picture below messed up my order, put too much mint in my drink, charged me extra for something I didn’t buy.. Very disappointed in this.

An abomination of a Chick-fil-A. Staff is extremely rude, they often get your order wrong, and the chicken is dry. Obviously a very poorly ran establishment especially for the standard that Chick-fil-A tries to set for their stores.

this is the rudest cfa establishment ive ever been to. i’ve watched them forget every orders sauce and then catch an attitude when people ask for it. definitely needs new staff

Change the details. Make it more obvious that this isn't a store. It's every chickfila in a university. Please make it extremely obvious that this isn't a stand alone store. It is frustrating wasting time going to get food with little to no time to find out that you have been duped by a false chickfila. Maybe it's Google fault. Change the details and I'll remove my star. This location is not good. Almost every time they get my order wrong. Also, they are under poor management. The lady was rude to me because she didn’t call my order loud enough for me to hear it when I was right beside the pickup counter.
