Stopped by to get a salad after the lunch rush, there were three employees and no line. I was told it would be a 15 minute wait for one. I realize it's probably contract labor, but they definitely don't live up to the service I expect from Chick-fil-A.We walked away and went to a different vendor.

Can't stand the food there service usually sucks. The only reason I ever go there is if somebody's in the car they just absolutely have to have Chick-fil-A.

The help is always friendly and the food is great.
Limited menu. Only one size fry and drink. Medium. No chicken noodle soup. You fix your own drink. You do not pay at the Chick-fil-a counter. You pay around the corner at the checkout desk. You pay for all food items in the cafeteria at the same checkout desk. Including Subway and Chef's Corner.
