Never have I had such poor customer service from a Chick-fil-A. Terribly disappointed in this location. The drive-thru attendant was rude and even raised his voice to me. Grant, the manager on duty, just stared at me after I told him how poorly that employee treated me. No apology for the service or the demeanor of the attendant. Rather, he said "there are plenty of other restaurants to eat."
Why yes Grant, there are many other restaurants.

I love the friendly staff in the drive through and inside of course but I mostly use the drive through. I like the Mac and cheese and the waffle fries are to yummy to resist!!
This location consistently has poor execution and food quality, especially where their fries are concerned. Today I placed an order in person and actually asked the cashier to please check and make sure that the fries are hot and fresh, because the last few times they were practically inedible. She checked the station and told me that they "looked all right to me" so I placed a dinner order. 3 minutes later, on the way home, I learned that they were soggy, mushy and lukewarm. It's ridiculous how poor the execution of this basic standard is at this location.

Consistently wrong orders, long wait times, and no silverware even upon being asked for it, ordered dr pepper and got seltzer because there wasnt any syrup left

It was once a great place in Northgate mall before the new "owner"/manager took over. Beware... she does not care. She doesn't deserve the franchise.
I knew a server personally and she didn’t serve me and instead called every single person behind me. It was unprofessional and she needs to learn to not let her personal life and feelings interfere with her work.
