This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. They lost my order and refused to look it up using the confirmation number when my coworker went to pick it up. I called the store to figure out what was happening, but the employee hung up on me. Another coworker had to go in person to sort it out, and they eventually "found" the order. By the time they did, my milkshake was completely melted. Instead of apologizing, the employee just made excuses. This location has poor service and management. Chick-fil-A deserves better workers than this.

I’m never one to complain, and my husband & I are frequent chick-fil-a customers. However, our experience at this chick-fil-a was beyond negative—not necessarily due to the cashier that took my order but the (what looked to be) manager on duty. She gave unnecessary and uncalled for attitude, making it my first unwelcoming experience at chick-fil-a.
You’re run of the mill grease pit? You ask sheepishly….Nah, this some sweet honey dew peanut wonderland. Shhhh! ? I respectfully tell you ask you walk through that heavenly court past all the crickels and crackles of the salty neon jaggers of that bricked in and painted paradise. Shhh, I say, and you can hear them pompous peanuts drooling honey hush to the breasties and cloaking ‘em goldenly so just so the juice can frolic upon the buns a bit and lie down like summertime sun down with the quinacridone crimsons and ceruleans, I say that juice jussa lay down with out a care in the world and beyond and would you not believe what a thing they do….when they splice a fat parsnipity pickle all down on the juice and the joists and rejoice! The bun comes muscling over and under all tanned and neat just to tell you, ‘Now I told you boys’ (finishing with that gold tooth grin). And who, how what cut the frenchy fires like wild emotive origami and pretzels them into that mighty box!? Who what where from I don’t care, the Côte d’Or or Colorado or Kalamazoo did a fry get frenched in this divined manner. An call my a dirty dog but I’m goin swimming in some Polly neeshhun and pepper my tongue with that holy moly screwracha

I was in the chick-fil-a in Hamilton mall at Chattanooga, Tennessee. I was enjoying my afternoon about to give my order in line. In mind, Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food chain, my favorite food in fact.After I place my order I go to pick it up, and I ask Valetta for for more sauce. She replies with there is sauce in your bag. I had got 2 meals and only 3 ranches in the bag. This wasn't going to be enough. She walks over with an attitude and hands me the sauce. Not even a "my pleasure" I was very disappointed in the service.Later on I walk up to get a refill. The crowd was a little big and most of them were waiting for their orders. I walk up and I was the only person waiting for a refill. Many employees were just standing there. Including Valetta right in front of me. A lady walks up to the counter and also wanting a refill. My cup was in clear sight. She decides to only get the other lady's refill and not mine. I had to walk in line to get a refill. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with my experience at the location. I will not be considering going here again. I have been going to CFA for many years and my favorite place but I am not happy with the employees and negative atmosphere there!

I’m a mall employee and I make sure to place a mobile order 10 minutes before i go on break but everytime without fail they will still take literally forever even on days where barely anyone is there. Today there was 2 people in line and they both got their food before me and i waited 15 minutes.

One of the worst Chick-fil-as ever.... no one in front of me when I ordered. Even when after there were only like 3 people to order food the whole 15 MINUTES I was waiting on my order. Which tbh I usually wouldn't mind, but that's longer than even the lines I sit in their drive through at other locations.. Only For my order to be half wrong, and the fries I got were the fries that had been sitting stale in the window since before I walked up... tasted terrible, grease all over the place, kitchen staff was just chilling behind in the kitchen the whole time I stood their and their drinks tasted like it needed to be changed.
Part of my food was cold but I love CFA.
