Sorry to have to take a star away but twice in two weeks Chick-fil-A disappointed me. Last week's mistake was really no big deal in that they left the cheese off my grilled spicy chicken deluxe. However, today's mistake was not so insignificant. Ordered my grilled spicy chicken deluxe (trying to have as many as I can before they take them off the menu). When I got home low and behold, they were the deep-fried regular chicken sandwich. Was very disappointed at this uncharacteristic mistake by Chick-fil-A. So going forward, will check my order before leaving the drive thru lane.

Dropping straws on the ground and then serving them to customers is not a good look. The team that runs the drive through window needs to stop playing around so much and focus on quality and customer's orders.

This Chick Fil A location was great for many many years but has recently had a steep decline in service. I typically go about once or twice a week (not that it matters) but have been shorted on my food, payment issues and just overall frustrating.
The last time I bought my wife and I food at this location, it was frustrating from start to finish. First, I scan my app and pay with my card. Then I’m approached by another employee asking how I would like to pay. Then the employee goes and talks to the manager (I assume) for 2-3 minutes and comes back and I rerun payment (cool - no problem). Then, my drink is delivered to me covered in Dr Pepper and sticky and the employee looks like she is trying to hand it off to me as soon as possible. Finally, after I pull off and get home, the side of fries are cold and my side of Mac and cheese is completely missing, they gave me none of the condiments I ordered nor the extra sauces for my wife’s salad that I paid extra for.
Poor experience - wouldn’t recommend

Terrible customer service! Terrible!! Ordered my breakfast. Drove way back home to see it was incorrect. Called and was informed that my food would be remade since it had been over 20 mins and my food was now cold. I get to the restaurant to inform them and was told my food could not be remade even though I gave them back their food. I will not be going back as the lady at the window was very inconsiderate

Genuine friendly service, clean not nearly as fast as they once were. Chick fil a is great how they hire so many youngsters to teach kids how to work and giving them Sunday off.... but the parking lot lay out is TERRIBLE and service has gone downhill. I think Tacobell has better service now.
I ordered through the app to dine in. The dining room was positively nasty. The service extremely slow. The children's drinks and desserts were not brought to our table. It was a huge disappointment.

My order must have been given to someone else. I ordered sandwich with no peppers, they gave me peppers. Ordered salad and the gave me kale which went into the garbage. No dressing. I am very disappointed.
