Never have I ever had a problem at this location. This evening we placed the mobile order, drove to the drive-through and checked in. 17 minutes later we finally got our food, after 11 cars passed us. I understand because they were very busy, but what upset me the most was the way the employees acted towards us. Absolutely rude. Next time we will go to Brainerd Road.
Usually, the drive-thru service is good. Today, they had their outside workers stay inside due to a storm, which is reasonable and understandable. But, when everyone in their cars in line came to the speaker to order, there was no one there. So everyone in line drove around to the pickup (assuming the ordering and delivery were both there due to the weather). When I got there they asked for my name. I explained that there was no one to give an order too. The girl at the window said there was now and I would have to go back around rather than taking my order at her window. I had already waited in line 15-20 minutes at that point. I decided to leave rather than wait again. I wasn't the only one put in this situation, everyone else infront of me left as well rather than going back around. Of a store isn't going to have someone to take orders at a speaker than they need to take orders at the window.

Decided to have lunch here today the 31st. The dining room is closing for renovations June 2-14. For some reason all of the parking spaces are blocked off, so you can't park at Chick-fil-A and go inside. This was a problem because we ordered our food online as we approached to dine in.

This is going to be a very detailed review on my personal experience here at this special location. The morning crew is so wonderful! I have to personally speak on certain people who really brighten up my day! Arielle is a motivated hard worker - she goes above and beyond whether it's meal delivery or being inside at the register, doing drinks or at the window. Her warm smile and eagerness to serve is top tier! Daneriya is another favorite who I enjoy seeing each time I come to dine in! She has such a lovely and beautiful spirit! Very positive and focused when it comes to the early morning rush she goes above and beyond, more than what I expect!!! Jamie is such a hard worker as well! Making sure that everything is in order while also having a true genuine heart and utmost compassion when she speaks to the employees. She has even personally prayed for me when I was going through a hard time. I thank her for that! She really takes the time to talk even if it's just for a second which I admire so very much! I absolutely love seeing Ashton in the mornings, he always has one of the biggest and brightest smiles that you can't help but to smile back even if you aren't a morning person. Lol. Valeria is indeed professional, hardworking and keeps everything in alignment along side with Katherine! They both are excellent with their customer service! I can't forget about David! One of the most important leaders that doesn't just tell people what they need to do but he actually puts in the work and goes out the way to serve the customers with whatever they need. There are other employees I have spoken to that really make this establishment feel like home. They know exactly who they are and their hearts are so beautiful and pure! The atmosphere is pleasant and I definitely feel God whenever I am dining in. Don't hesitate to work here or even sit down to eat with family and friends early mornings on your day off! 10/10 one of the best places to visit or work!!!
