I had such a great experience at this Chick-fil-A thanks to Macie! Even while braving the rush outside, she kept the energy high and brought such a fun vibe to the line. She’s not only friendly and attentive, but she’s genuinely funny, and her sense of humor made waiting in the drive-thru surprisingly enjoyable.
When she brought my food to the car, she double checked everything with a smile and threw in a quik joke that had me laughing as I pulled away, and I don't even remember what it was! It’s rare to see someone handle a busy drive-thru with that level of positivity, personality, and efficiency.
I will def be going back again!

I ordered the southwest salad. No one asked me what *kind* of chicken I wanted in my salad. I would have rather not had the cold boiled chicken option. I guess it was easier bc it was already assembled. It’s all about getting us out of that line as fast as possible.

Colin and Westin were GREAT last night! My food was fresh, and amazing because of these great young men. Their customer service was top tier.
I’ve picked up a few ubereats orders from here and each time I stand at pick up no one acknowledges me, tonight I went in and had to say “excuse me” several times before getting any attention. The order I was picking up had literally been sitting since I walked in. The manager walked past me several times. The Girl who packed the order had her back continuously turned to me each time I said “excuse Me” and I wasn’t rude I’m very soft spoken but I guarantee they heard me. Finally the manager gave me the food and once he realized they had been ignoring me for nothing he then wanted to tell me “have a good night” and be all nice. I guess they thought I was going to be a problematic blk customer coming to complain? This seems consistent with several locations. And it’s sad because I honestly spend so much money with you all. Please start acknowledging ALL customers who come in, in a timely manner. Don’t make us have to get YOUR attention when it’s clear we need something.

GOING DOWN HILL FAST!! For the last 2 months or so the quality has gone DOWN. For the first time ever, they forgot a food item. I didn't notice till I got home. I could just say it was an accident. But after a pattern of neverrrr putting sauce in the bag anymore, hard as a rock fries, overstuffed bags, less than friendly personalities, it has me thinking this new batch of employees do not uphold the chick fil a standard. It's definitely giving McDonald's energy. The other night the kids at the window were goofing around while a few behind them worked hard and the only young adult just standing on his phone.
Very consistent and fast. Never had a problem ordering from here. Just maybe put the order in a bigger bag or split it up to 2 if you can't fold down the top to close it. That would be nice instead of having the bag overflowing and so full I can't even close it.
Today I experience Terrible and disrespect services from the management. I request for my fries to be fresh cooked. Manger asked me did I wanted to come in and cook my fries.
VERY unprofessional. Staff touch my foot without gloves.

Went through the drive through and ordered a large combo with a sprite. As I got my food and down the road I took a drink of sprite and its flat. So I turn around and go back. I get back go inside and tell them and they give me sprite again flat. I tell them I’m in a hurry just give my Dr Pepper. So I leave get down the road again guess what yep flat????? What is going on. There has to be a way your associates can tell by the color or simply check the syrup levels every hour. Not happy

Will, with glasses and long greasy hair took our order tonight. 11/5/2025 around 5:45 pm. Absolutely terrible customer service, acted like he was annoyed that we were even in line. We politely asked him if it would be possible to do half cash and half hard payment, he responded “uhh no.”
He then proceeded to take our payment and walk back to his coworkers and start chumming it up with them. So clearly not having a rough day, just not a care in the world to provide any sort of customer service.
