For a Chick-fil-A, it was pretty slow moving in that drive-through. The employees were good, no complaints about them or the food. I'm not even really complaining about the wait time either, as I've been in much worse. It just seemed like longer than normal and with fewer cars.

the last 2 times i have went to chic fil a for breakfast and ordered chicken minis i’ve received chicken nuggets. this morning i went and ordered my food at 10:22. sat in the line until 10:35 and i got chicken nuggets and a sausage biscuit. idk about anyone else, but i don’t want nuggets at 11 am. Also, i have to drive to the east ridge location because the fort o location is currently closed. it’s just upsetting because you pay a good amount for your food to be wrong. i won’t be going back for breakfast anymore.

Drive thru horrible 10 cars go threw on one side 2 on the other , stand in one spot by the menu wile the other employee walks to customers talk ab convenient drive thru

I cannot emphasize enough how much the girl taking my order had absolutely no idea what she was doing. And that’s fine but unfortunately it came at the cost of my food. Asked for a grilled chicken sandwich on a lettuce wrap, super simple. Literally just the chicken sandwich with extra lettuce. Also ordered grilled nuggets. She asks me a bunch of questions that I’m confused about and I just figured they were new questions I don’t know. I get home and I have the fried nuggets as well as a totally different item, a chicken cool wrap with a side of pimento cheese (????) and there’s no lettuce. I’m genuinely so confused and usually do not leave reviews but I tried to call the store and they didn’t answer so I unfortunately have to write this. Please help your workers understand what a lettuce wrap is and how to put in/give out the correct orders.
