I have never been so disappointed in a Chick a fli. We went in to eat, one family in front of us they were waited on we stepped up and stood there. Not a good morning, hello can I help you nothing. They walked by us I don’t know how many times before we finally just left. I live in East Ridge but will not go back to this one again sorry service😢

The fries have tasted nasty the last three times I've gotten them. I've looked at them and they're not burnt, and I don't see a green tint on them, but they taste old and very earthy. I don't know if they just got a bad batch of potatoes in or what but I haven't been able to eat my fries for these past few times

We stopped here because it was conveniently located off of I-75. The service was very fast and our order was correct. We ordered 3 breakfast meals. They were very busy, but it didn't take long. The path to get into the Chick-fil-A was not good at all. There was a Starbucks drive thru right next to them which made it difficult to get into the parking lot and difficult to exit. But overall very pleased. The restrooms were clean. The staff was friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Will most definitely stop here again.
