Even if the line is long, they know how to get people through quicker than any other fast food restaurant. Service is always great and food is always a constant of being great and fresh. Our family's favorite fast food!
I always enjoy my experiences when I eat here or even when I go in to pick something up. I generally will try to avoid having to sit in those long lines. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful and they all act like they like their jobs... It's very nice and enjoyable... You do don't get treated like that at other places, thats for certainI absolutely no love their lemonade!!! It's soooo delicious... Sweetened with either sugar or sweetener..Parking: Kinda full a lotKid-friendliness: Playground there for the kids to play at.Wheelchair accessibility: Basic, like all other restaurants.

This CFA is usually great and the employees at the beginning of the drive through line were super awesome! However, the drive through workers who handed you your food were rude. One looked like he might have been the manager and the other a younger dude. Definitely not the CFA attitude that I am usually greeted with. Also, my sister went to CFA that same day and found both of them to be rude as well when she got her food. The manager looked like an older dude and he had very poor customer service skills and basically yelled at me to pull forward when I was already super close to the car ahead of me. Then I got my food and was trapped because he made me pull up so far.

Little Miss Red Head in the drive thru is LAZY!!! AND RUDE. This occured 2/24/24 around 6-6:30pm.Our food sat outside in the cold while 3 or 4 other cars in front of us were served. (We had a mobile order) When we got 1 car back from the window the other employees said to her "they are RIGHT there" and pointed to us, she refused to walk it over to us. She waited until we pulled up to where she was standing and then handed us our food. I told her if it was cold, because she is lazy, that they would be replacing the order with hot food. She didn't even acknowledge the comment, she certainly wasn't apologetic and there was definitely no "my pleasure". Also I work for CFA....she may need to go apply at McDonald's with that attitude....NOT the CFA way, just saying! I never leave bad reviews but her behavior was appalling and needs to be addressed.
