Chicken Salad Chick

Our first time at this chain and we loved it. We ended up buying extra to take home. The staff today at lunch were phenomenal.

Went the the gunbarrel location and the store was closed. If the store closes at 7 then the information online is incorrect and needs to be changed.

Received the wrong order and when we called to see if there was any way to fix this we were effectively brushed off after promises of the manager contacting us. It's been days since I've called with no resolution nor response and it's upsetting to see that a place i've frequented often has such little care for customer service and relations. My order was a waste of money at this point but I'm not able to return it or get my money back despite being given the wrong thing.

To clarify, I have already reached out to the location directly as you recommend. Your seasoned management was efficient & swift at brushing off my complaint. I was told I’d be contacted by a manager, this never occurred. Id hope after 10+ years there’d be a some better solutions available than this but here we are. While I know my complaint isn’t as high stakes as getting free food, having my fully priced order completely ruined & never rectified was just as frustrating. I've also escalated this issue further after no attempts at communication have been made, and saw that instead of returning my call the owner has decided to take every recent negative review and claim them as people trying to get free food from a fake account. Come here if you don't care about your order being correct or being fixed if incorrect.

They do not take items off online options when items are sold out and the options for replacement is very limited.

I ordered online and asked for extra pickles as there is not an option to select extra pickles. Never have I ever had to pay for extra pickles and the front counter person stated I would have to pay extra for the pickle spears. If that was the case there would have been an option online. They should also have a separate register for just online pickups so we do not have to wait in line for support, that’s the whole reason for placing an order online is to pick up the order quicker. Terrible customer service, terrible communication, no drive thru. This was my first time at this location and I can really only say terrible things, and that sucks because i love chicken salad chick. Do better. I will not be coming back.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The staff at this Gunbarrel Rd are true professionals with an eye for toward hospitality and cleanliness. The restaurant has some of the best and versatile chicken salad I have eaten in years. Indeed, a gastronomical delight. I highly recommend this restaurant for the entire family!!

Staff is always friendly. I always deviate what I want on my order and they always get it right. Management is often seen working and interacting with the guest. Hands down, this is the best location!

This food is really good and a meal is about the same price as going to get a burger which is nowhere near as tasty IMO.

The one in Knoxville has a drive thru but this one is like a nice clean restaurant inside. I'll definitely make this one of my top priorities for lunch from now on.
