Chili's is Chili's. Came here for dinner and my app of cheese dip was cold when in the skillet. Most of my chips were stale also. I got some street corn and it was incredible. And then also got black beans and they were pretty good.

Server was super overloaded with tables. (Clearly not her fault) now to why we are here. Wth were those meals?! Santa Fe burger… if you read the menu there’s a list of stuff that goes on it. I got burnt pepper jack and jalapeños. That’s all… like nothing else. The group I was with their meals weren’t great either according to them but mine was a joke. Also no silverware was given until asked. Apparently they were washing it. Chilis do better, stop over working your staff and do a little better with hiring for the kitchen. I also heard several times “things were out” so you don’t ORDER either apparently. I guess the avocado ? was still on a truck… had I know I would have saved my money and ate damn ramen noodles at home and been much happier.Vegetarian options: Also vegetarian options SUCK.

This was one of my favorite restaurants but my last 5 to go orders always have something important missing. The tortillas were missing in my steak asada ?. And calling to complain is hit and miss. Be sure to check your order! Now the photos of the food are better than the food. Please bounce back soon Chili's! I have a bunch of gift cards!Parking: No problem, plenty of parking!

They were not very concerned about seating us. When they finally did they took about 20 more minutes for them to even ask us which drinks we wanted. they ran out of sweet tea so asked if we wanted to substitute the drinks. The food came probably 20-30 minutes after we gave our orders. Some of our table had to wait longer because they brought the wrong food out. We waited about another 10-15 minutes for to-go plates. The waitress failed to mention the check was digital and when we checked it, it wasn't even the right check.

After a long night on the road it was nice to be met with warm and friendly service. Shannon was our bartender and took very good care of me and my family. Had great recommendations for aight seeing as we’re in town for a short vacation. Food was great and drinks were better. Very good experience!
