My food was great and the atmosphere was lovely… but i would appreciate it if they would ask if we want a kids meal instead of just handing it out. Other than that I have no complaints!
Nice place to eat and enjoy a coupla glasses of wine after movie at nearby AMC. I really like the entrée salads.
Vegetarian options: Grilled asparagus very crisp & tasty, as is broccoli. "Guiltless grill" options all good.

Okay so everything was really good , food wise. Service was absolutely great and our server was fantastic, she kept our drinks refilled and our food came out hot and quick. Only problem was we were right under the air and it was blowing straight on us (( we had a party of 14 )) and I asked if they could turn the air off or down and they did but turned it right back on . The host they had was extremely unhappy in my opinion and didn't really seem too nice . Overall it was still good. The bathroom had a baby changing station and most don't anymore and it was clean!!!

I went there December 29,2024 around 9:00 pm,and I received great service,from the hostess,waiter and waitress . The Cook's that night were sending out delicious food and prepared like menu pictures. Happy New Year Chili's, management showed politeness and professionalism

Brittany and Shayna were the BEST servers I’ve ever had. I hardly come to Chili’s and after the experience I had I will definitely be coming back solely because of them!! Super attentive and the food was amazing. I think Brittany is the new manger and she is doing a FANTASTIC job compared to what I’ve seen in previous years.
I can only review the service since that was the only thing i experienced, would give that zero stars if it was an option since the service was non existent. After being seated (in a nearly empty restaurant, should have been my first clue) we waited for 15 minutes without so much as an acknowledgement from multiple servers that walked by our table, we got up and left.

They seriously tried to charge me for ketchup and mayonnaise for my sliders I ordered online. Blew my mind. Since I couldn’t ask for the option online when ordering I thought I’d ask in person. What a joke. Good food but I’m not paying for something that should be offered to me.

Chili’s has changed over the years and though I may miss some of my childhood favorites, they always come with some wonderful upgrades. Such as the mozz!!! When I’m at Chilis, i am amongst friends. The staff really tries to make each guest experience memorable.

Order was sitting behind register with no awareness of it being ready until I walked in an asked why prefer wasn’t ready at the time of online order suggested timing. It was cold, eggrolls were not completely done no sauce for them and the chicken was rubbery tasting but the honey chipotle sauce was good. Bad service
