Chili's Grill & Bar

Its typically really good but I'm quite disappointed this last time I went. Paid $60 for two people for pickup, with it being pickup the drinks were filled to the brim with ice and watered down by the time we got home, ordered extra sauce for multiple meals and got one tiny tiny cup of sauce. Then the bread and sides were just burnt to a crisp. This is extremely horrible given the price and I dont think I'll be returning

Worst experience I’ve ever had to deal with. Food was cold and the crappy bartender just kept giving excuses as to why she would be on her phone but not taking our order…. Then kept saying they were short staffed and then got an attitude.

The food was great and the service was good! The service would have been better if the lady wasn't hovering over us the entire time as if we were going to try and steal the food or something! I guess when they see a table with a young couple, even when their father is present they still act like someone is going to steal some food!

Met at Chili’s in Hixson for a post play performance dinner. Seven family members met for a great dining experience. Waitress had been working since they opened and apologized if she seemed tired. Quite the contrary, she was on top of her game, friendly and attentive to three tables we could see her serving. Orders were all correct. Food was hot and Service was enjoyable. Thank you, Chili’s for having quality help

Once seated it took an hour after ordering to get our food. Then our steak was ordered rare and came out well done. They advised we will make another one. Took over 30min for the to remake a steak RARE?? Waitress was good and fast but the whole experience was awful outside of the Waitress trying real hard

The gluten free options are lacking. Everything else was lovely. Our server did a great job handling a fairly large group.

The food was excellent and our server was PERFECT. She made sure that our drinks were fresh and checked in regularly. Chloe was our server.
