Ordered an El precidente, received regular tequila. Watch your drinks here. They up sell you and serve you well liquor. The drink was served in the same manner as the el precidente so I know it was not a mistake.

EDITED! Apparently, because i said they dont always give utensils and condiments, I have been blocked from using their online pick-up. From all Chili's. What a strange reason for losing business even tho I gave them a great and fair review. I guess if you don't want to be blocked, don't say that they did anything wrong. I was hoping my review would help them get it right 🤷♀️
The food is always delicious! And the price is unbeatable, especially the three for me. Got soup or salad, burger, fries and a drink for about 15 bucks. The burgers are so big I have never been able to finish one. Usually just half.. most of the workers are pleasant. Only trouble I've ever had is them telling me there is ketchup in the bag and there wasn't any as well as utensils. I've been missing them several times so now I verify. Extremely hard to eat the salad without a fork but the soup was manageable by just drinking from the cup. Love that the parking is just outside the pick up entrance!
The best Potato soup I’ve ever had. The chicken sandwich was very good too!

As always, it was a great experience. The burger deal is awesome, including a starter and drink. Great value. Chips and salsa only at chilis. No other restaurant serves their thin corn chips warm, salty with great cold salsa. Server was prompt and attentive.

Full rack of baby back ribs were HUGE! Had them before here, but I don't remember them being this big! Was a strange moment when a server came and switched out my Mac and Cheese. Didn't give an explanation...just said he would switch me for the one he had. Server was very friendly. We got there right after dinner rush, so they were behind on clearing tables, but overall, it was a good visit.

This place is either a hit or miss and today was HORRIBLE!! I ordered online around 7 and the corn on the cob had a weird smell and had way too much pepper. The QP burger was missing the pickles and onions… and the bread was drenched in oil. I feel like they did it on purpose cause I’m shocked. It’s never been this horrible!!

Only 5 stars because of our Fantastic server, Ellison. My friends and I had a transcendent experience at Chilis the other night, one that has left an indelible mark on our lives, and we're still reeling from the extraordinary connection we shared with our server, Ellison. As we dined, a tempestuous thunderstorm suddenly erupted above our table, and Ellison rushed to our aid, shielding us from the storm with an umbrella, his selfless act a testament to his unwavering dedication to his craft. We're eternally grateful for his chivalry. At first, we thought his name was Elvis, but we soon discovered his true identity. Later that evening, Ellison even filled our gas tank and harmonized with us on 'Closer' by The Chainsmokers, his voice blending with ours in perfect harmony, a truly magical moment that will forever be etched in our memories. Ellison is a server with a touch of magic, and we hope he's rewarded for his exceptional service, a service that has raised the bar for all others in his profession. Please give him a raise, whatever he’s making isnt enough.
