I don’t often travel to Chattanooga, but when I do, my guilty pleasure is a trip to this Chili’s. I always order takeout, and the staff is always prompt and gets me on my way. I ordered the triple-dipper; the burgers and chicken crispers hit the spot. I also indulged in the return of chips and queso; thank you for bringing it back; it was missed. I also claimed my birthday dessert. The Reese’s pie was delicious. I always tell people that you can’t go wrong with Chili’s; I am glad everyone else is finally understanding the greatness of Chili’s. The gentleman who was my server today shared a birthday with me. So that was interesting and neat. Thank you to all the staff for a job well done.

Ordered an El precidente, received regular tequila. Watch your drinks here. They up sell you and serve you well liquor. The drink was served in the same manner as the el precidente so I know it was not a mistake.

4 cocktails and delicious ribeye and mashed potatoes! Super friendly bartender and manager! May go back tonight!

EDITED! Apparently, because i said they dont always give utensils and condiments, I have been blocked from using their online pick-up. From all Chili's. What a strange reason for losing business even tho I gave them a great and fair review. I guess if you don't want to be blocked, don't say that they did anything wrong. I was hoping my review would help them get it right 🤷♀️
The food is always delicious! And the price is unbeatable, especially the three for me. Got soup or salad, burger, fries and a drink for about 15 bucks. The burgers are so big I have never been able to finish one. Usually just half.. most of the workers are pleasant. Only trouble I've ever had is them telling me there is ketchup in the bag and there wasn't any as well as utensils. I've been missing them several times so now I verify. Extremely hard to eat the salad without a fork but the soup was manageable by just drinking from the cup. Love that the parking is just outside the pick up entrance!

As always, it was a great experience. The burger deal is awesome, including a starter and drink. Great value. Chips and salsa only at chilis. No other restaurant serves their thin corn chips warm, salty with great cold salsa. Server was prompt and attentive.
