Decided to go Chillis after we couldn’t decide where to eat. We hadn’t eaten there in years and we won’t go again. Service was great but the food was terrible. I had a grilled chicken sandwich that was dry and hard. My husband had a burger that was clearly previously frozen as it was not good and he wasn’t asked how he wanted it cooked. My daughter’s boneless wings were so salty that she couldn’t eat them. It was a very disappointing meal

Our waiter Austin gave us great service and got us the things we needed before we could even ask, the service was Grade
I had ordered a medium rare steak with asparagus and loaded mash potatoes. The steak came out over cooked and the asparagus was so salty I felt instant high blood pressure after the first bite. Our waitress was amazing and took care of the issues. I am on the fence about how they have gone down in overall food status.
