Chipotle Mexican Grill

Dirtiest chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food visibly on the floor in cooking area. Food mixed in the containers. Some days better than others. I hope a manager can make it better. The Cleveland chipotle is much cleaner.

The food looked nasty and dried up. I asked for fresh beans because the ones at the bar looked like mashed potatoes. The steak was dry and the dining room looked absolutely disgusting. If I could give negative stars I would.

The food was pretty standard as far as Chipotle goes, but this particular location was one of the worst I have ever seen. The workers were extremely slow, and it was as if they took random people on the street and threw them on the grill. The prep table was absolutely littered with the contents of all the food items on the menu; an amalgamation of corn, rice, and sour cream. There was very clear evidence of cross-contamination across all the food basins (you could see corn in the sour cream). This location should hire a prep table custodian.

This is a very busy location and the employees are always overwhelmed . They work very hard , but the amount of customers just overwhelms them . I count the number of employees in the store and many times I only count 5 employees
in the store , which is not enough for the customer traffic . The three trash bins inside are always overflowing and the tables are generally dirty and the sweet and unsweet teas are frequently empty .
Reference your store in Dania Beach , Florida which was always busy and customers line was always almost out the door , but was clean as you had 6 to 8 employees there ( at peak times ) . I never had a problem with my food at the Gunbarrel Road .

Diarrhea at its finest

Poor service asked for chips and was charges for chips and did not receive. First time ordering rice was uncooked and multiple times food was subpar. I hope this location can do a lot better

Messed up my entire online order didn’t even put what I wanted in the bowl they just put what they wanted.

I know it's fast-ish food, but it was hella dirty in the lobby. The service wasn't great either. I recommend going to a different location.

Attempted to call and couldn’t reach a person all automated I had an alergen question that was never answered

The food was good as usual.. the service was kind of lacking. You can tell that the employees just want you to get to the end of the line so they can stop talking to you. And the atmosphere was mediocre at best but this is the way it is at every Chipotle.

Picked up my order through the drive thru, blonde lady was rude and has no manners. ordered two bowls and chips, didnt get my chips and got no utensils. do they eat with their hands or why was i not given a fork or spoon
