Went in to get my usual bowl, and the employee offered to add queso “free of charge.” I said sure, surprised but appreciative. After paying, I noticed I was charged for it anyway. When I asked why, another employee laughed and said “April Fools!” — on June 14. Not only is that unprofessional, but it’s also dishonest and borderline illegal. Very odd behavior from the staff. Watch out for shady scams like this. Unbelievable.

Never fails. I purchased the honey chicken for my daughter, her new favorite and I'm a diehard Sofrita lover. Always fresh.

Lumpy rice and hardly any chicken. No longer worth it.
Food was ok since my boyfriend and I ordered close to closing time. We were driving from Nashville to Chattanooga and they were open when we arrived. The staff was still nice and accommodating.
We were driving through and stopped to pick up dinner. I was craving those deliciously fresh, thin, salty and limey chips. To my disappointment, the chips were none of those things. These were thick, store-bought chips that didn’t have a trace of flavor, lime, nor salt. I wish they communicated that at the time of order. Sadly, the bag they were in, says “Handcrafted chips made fresh everyday”. These chips were not.
Place deserves a 5 star because of one major thing… the only place these days that doesn’t “ask you a question”. Paid for the meal and left. No tipping nonsense. Love it

Lady behind the counter was hard to understand and was waiting not knowing where to go and no one helped me. Food was good but poorly wrapped and then when we were checking out we aging had to wait for someone to ring us up and people were not friendly or helpful. Very disappointed overall and will not be back to this location.
The food was delicious. The crowd was a little sketchy here. I'm not familiar with the area so that may be typical for this part of town.
Found multiple strands of hair in my food, and the steak wasn’t clocked right and was hard, almost crunchy.

Only writing a review because Marisol is the best employee ever. She was fast and professional, while still being attentive and patient. She truly made the experience better I hope she is working every time I go.
