Food is usually good and fast; sometimes the rice is undercooked, but that has only happened two times or so out of around 30 times I have been there.

The quality of the food is great. The attitudes and service of the employees - absolutely terrible. You’ll get the eye roll from them when you ask for extra meat, but you’ll get hardly any meat if you don’t ask. Don’t ask for any sort of sauce whatsoever, they’ll look at you like you’re stupid. What sort of chipotle branch doesn’t have any sort/variation of chipotle sauce? Basically if you ask any questions, you’ll get attitude or a confused look. They were acting like they were in such a hurry, and I was the only customer they were helping.

This particular location had a limited menu, not the usual menu. The food was good, but I was glad I was getting it to go because the dining area wasn't very inviting - cold and industrial looking. Still, the food was good.

Whoever your manager is doesn’t care about customers. They weren’t busy. Ankle was hurt told to stay off of it as much as possible tried to place a drivethru order very very respectfully and she just said no. SMH makes no sense just lazy and rude

So when I walked in nobody greeted me and then I went got my burrito the cashier Elise was not pleasant at all not even one smile and then she didn’t ask me if I wanted a combo or chips or anything and I asked her to cut my burrito in half she said she couldn’t just trash service

Ordered through the app and got home and opened up my bowl and it was halfway full. Did not get anywhere close to my money’s worth

I eat here quite often and it’s a hit or miss with the quantities but this… We just got home, opened our bowls and they look like they’ve been half eaten. Second bowl , we paid $3.30 for extra chicken. there’s practically nothing in the bowl.
These are also two separate orders, so i’m sure most orders tonight look like this.

UPDATE: had to talk to AI for 5 minutes before it finally patched us through to the restaurant and the restaurant immediately hung up on us.

I really enjoy the food here but I have ate here 3 times now, first 2 times the lobby was so dirty there were literally no clean tables, we had to wipe our own tables. Third time I decide to just get take out, get home we’re eating both of us have long hairs in our bowls, needless to say we won’t be back to eat here. I hate to leave bad reviews but finding three long hairs is too much!
