The quality of the food is great. The attitudes and service of the employees - absolutely terrible. You’ll get the eye roll from them when you ask for extra meat, but you’ll get hardly any meat if you don’t ask. Don’t ask for any sort of sauce whatsoever, they’ll look at you like you’re stupid. This particular location had a limited menu, not the usual menu. The food was good, but I was glad I was getting it to go because the dining area wasn't very inviting - cold and industrial looking. Still, the food was good.

Just swung by Chipotle on 2122 Gunbarrel Rd, Chattanooga! Picked up my Sofritas Quesadilla with brown rice, sour cream, and Tomatillo-Red Chili Salsa via drive-thru—everything was perfect.

The quesadilla was warm, flavorful, and packed with the perfect combo of sofritas, rice, and salsa. Big kudos to the staff for making a quick drive-thru feel special—definitely 5 stars!
