Literally love this place ! They have the best pho. Also everything we have tried like the chopstix fire bean sprout stir fry and it was delicious! Everyone is so friendly and the food is always fresh.

First stop on my food tour, and I gotta keep it real. The beef bulgogi wasn’t hittin’ like the one in Clarksville. It was decent—ate it with chopsticks and all—but flavor-wise, I’d give it a 6/10. For $21 after taxes and non-cash adjustment, I expected a little more flavor and a lot more punch.

Now let’s talk environment. Soon as you walk in, it hits you—a strong, funky smell, like a water or sewage issue. I’m down for a good hole-in-the-wall spot, but that odor might scare some folks off before they even sit down.

The place itself got a nice layout, cool drink selection, and the staff was quick with the to-go order. But that smell really threw the whole vibe off. If they get that fixed, I’d give it another shot.

Have eaten here many many times. Little pricy but food is well worth what you pay. The only bad thing is you need to go way earlier than the hours they advertise if you want to eat here. Website says open til 3 but when we went at 2:40, they wouldn't seat us bc they said the kitchen was already closed. If kitchen closes early, they should change their hours online.

Loved the kimchi and chicken dumplings. Beef was a little tough and they didn't have dessert. Bananas but no ice cream. Overall not a bad experience

Always great food and great service! Tonight we celebrated a birthday with a large party and were wonderfully accommodated. On our way out we realized we locked our keys inside our car. Sean, the manager jumped into action helping us search the restaurant and the parking lot. As we waited for someone to unlock the door he offered cold waters and said he was so sorry we were inconvenienced. Hospitality like this in a stressful moment changed our entire evening. He continued to look for our keys just to be sure and checked in several times. We’ve come back often for the food, but we’ll come back again and again for that hospitality. Thank you, Sean!

Excellent!!! The food was fresh and delicious! calm pleasant atmosphere. Service was sweet and friendly. large portions. Husband said of his leftovers, 'I look forward to taking this for lunch tomorrow!'
We chose this place for my birthday because my Korean friends love it; we are very thankful! We look forward to next time!!!
I just hope our teens don't devour it before lunch tomorrow!

I used to love this place back in July 2023—I was a regular customer, coming every week. Unfortunately, my recent experiences at Chopsticks have been disappointing and concerning enough that I feel compelled to share.

As a vegan, I take great care to ensure my meals are free from animal products. On two separate visits prior to my most recent one, I discovered pieces of beef tripe in what was supposed to be a vegetable broth. Both times, I became ill afterward. Because of this, I decided to take a year-long break from dining here.

Yesterday, I decided to give them another chance for Mother’s Day. I took extra precautions, clearly specifying—both verbally and in writing—that I wanted no meat in my vegetable pho. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, I found a long black hair in the dish. I brought this to the attention of Sasha, who remembered my previous visits. He took the plate back, assuring me I would receive fresh vegetables. However, I later discovered that the hair had simply been removed, and the same vegetables were returned to me without even being washed. I knew this because I had added salt to the veggies earlier, and it was still there when the plate was returned.

Beyond this specific incident, there are concerning hygiene practices among the staff. Waitstaff frequently touch their faces and then handle food, and I observed multiple instances of employees failing to wash their hands after handling money, cleaning tables, or touching their faces. This raises serious questions about food safety standards.

I won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend that the staff undergo thorough food safety training. These issues are not just disappointing—they could pose serious health risks to customers.

If I were to sum this place up in one sentence, I would say the service is as bad as the food is good.
The food has never been a problem and we eat their consistently, but on the flipside of that coin if you want something done, you might as well walk back to the kitchen and do it yourself. The service is consistently somewhere between bad and very bad. It would be an excellent place if they would get the service sorted out.

Super disappointed. Last time I went a couple years ago the food was so good. This time, only the boba tea was worth it.

Can’t seem to stay away from this place. I keep coming back, I get something different every time, and it’s always just as good or better. Combo pho, spicy Korean wings, lemongrass vermicelli tofu, galbi, egg noodles with chicken or seafood, fried bananas, short rib banh mi - they’re all stellar. The Thai tea is ridiculous. Even my kids keep asking to come back. The flavor profiles are clean and intense, the styles are authentic, the variety is impressive. Casual lunch or quiet dining, they never seem to miss.

Kid-friendliness: No playgrounds or anything, but I’ve brought my kids several times and they’ve always been well-accommodated.
