Terrible service. My boyfriend and I got sat down to share ONE beef pho and ended up waiting for 30 minutes as we saw two other tables who had just gotten there get served before us. In total, 6 customers who got there after us got served before we got our ONE beef pho. During those 30 minutes, our waiter didn’t even come and check on us or offer us any water. Worst experience. Do not recommend.

Edited 3/6/24- updated review!This was one of our favorite places to go and bring family to enjoy, but the service and quality of this restaurant has sharply declined! We just ordered our favorite dish, Phô bo, and as my husband was eating we discovered a PIECE OF BRILLO PAD IN THE SOUP!!!The manager on staff asked flatly if we'd like to replace it with the same thing or to remove it from the bill. Both of our appetites were lost and I'm pregnant so we're not risking anything like that and we decided to leave. They tried to still charge us a 10%discount on the rest of the meal. We're not paying for food we didn't eat, we discussed that we'll pay for the Boba we didn't finish but we're not paying for the phô with a metal shaving in it....

The food is good but, the customer service is trash. The young white man working there was very immature and semi rude. The door dasher coming in behind me had an order to pick up. She told him to have a blessed day and he told her "Noooooooo." They messed up my order and when I called them about it, the man told me "I don't know what to tell you because I see your request for no sprouts." That was it. That was their customer service. I do not recommend this place at all.

Tea came out lukewarm. Noodles were overcooked and had a hair in the food. Whatever do you do, don’t get the fried tofu. It was so hard, it cut the roof of my mouth. No apologies about the hair in my food. Now I have to try to find someplace else to eat. This place is a sewer.

Me and my wife go here almost every Thursday and get a bowl of noodle soup, and I usually get the rib sandwich. The spicy Korean wings are good as well.

We yaed to love this place but over the years the quality of the food it's not as good as it use to be. Lemongrass chicken & bibimbap is my favoriteToday I had bibimbap, the yolk of the fried egg was green,I mean how hard is it to cook the egg to have it fresh not gunky green . My husband noticed it right away- gross ?Don't get the spicy eggplant,not that good,over priced too.
