I ordered a 16pc Family Meals combo but when I got home and opened it to check there was only 10pcs chicken. I live 30 minutes away so I can't go back to complain about this. Very disappointed with the service and have lost money unreasonably due to their incompetence.

I pulled up @ 9:00 order some okra chicken and bombers they said I couldn’t get bombers cause they turned the grease off . Place don’t lose for another hour.

Worse churches ever! They open and close when they want to. They never have any food. We were just told they only had bone in chicken, mashed potatoes, and macaroni! Why are they even open? I've been to churches all over including puerto rico and this place is the lowest of the low. I would not recommend. The staff do not care at all.

The first time I went my order was wrong but the reason for my review is the care that the manager Levon took to fix it . I was very impressed with his professionalism and problem solving skills. Exceptional young man.

All of the workers were friendly and funny they seem to ve enjoying their job the manager was also very helpful in helping me pick out the best mealto feed my family thanks

It was closing time and they were very helpful

This is the only Church's in Chattanooga I am aware of. I love the bombers and the jalapeno sauce, so sometimes I go out my way for this place. Always very busy. They have always done a good job for me.

Terrible service terrible attitudes only thing they got going is decent food…. If you can get it. Online ordering is a joke where you have to call corporate to cancel and order or request a refund. Store management is worse than the general staff. If you are very patient and don’t mind a 50/50 chance of your food being thrown in the floor or spit on you might like it.
