Got fajitas to go and ended up with no tortillas. I called the Chattanooga restaurant and let them know. The manager delivered them personally to our house! What great service!! Amazing.

This is an isolated incident review as my hubby and I go to this Chuy’s location often. I’m a vegetarian and haven’t touched meat in 20 years. I always get the bean and cheese burrito. I ordered that this time. After about four bites I noticed some oil oozing out but it didn’t register with me until a few bites later and realized there was meat in my burrito. When I brought it to their attention they were very apologetic and made me another one quickly. BUT my point is,...

Hostess was great. Food was hot. Just wasn't Chuy's that I was used to. And no napkins were given the whole time we were there. Had to ask for some. Mixed drinks weren't great either.
