First time eating at Chuy’s and it was a mixed experience.

The biggest con was the lack of a greeting when we walked in. There were two hosts at the front who didn’t acknowledge us at all. We stood there confused for a bit, and I finally had to ask, “Can we be seated?” One of them responded, “I’m waiting,” which felt a little off-putting especially since it wasn’t busy. We waited about 15 minutes to be seated, and the customer service up front...

Our visit to Chuy's was fantastic. Our server Chase was the cherry on top! He was engaging, funny, efficient, and FAST! Our satisfaction with both our food and our experience there was his priority, and it showed. We appreciated his attention to detail greatly! He made our dining out experience a great one!!!

I wouldn't call this a Mexican restaurant. The food was good,but not what I would call authentic Mexican. They do have vegetarian options and it is Wheelchair accessible. Plenty of parking and you can dine inside or sit in an outside dining area.
They have clean restrooms. Wait staff and front desk staff are nice.
They sell t- shirts. The Margarita I had tasted good,but tasted as if it were juice and I couldn't taste any alcohol at all in it.
