No sauce on any of the pizza. Tasteless. Salad bar doesn't have shredded cheese. I have a free buffet for my birthday and I will not be using it. You would be better off ordering a pizza from Papa John's, believe me...

I've been here a handful of times since moving to the area and the staff and atmosphere is reminiscent of my family reunions growing up. In that you'd have to go out of your way not to feel comfortable and welcome. Great service and good conversation down to the sweet lady busting her tail bussing the tables. Very warm and welcoming. And somehow better every time. I believe that may be due directly to the exceptional coordination and amiability of their fairly new leadership, Chris. Very personable guy and seems to enjoy going out of his way to ensure top notch service from the food to the smiles on the kids faces when it's time to leave. They accommodate parties as well with ease. No exaggeration saw 50 kids walk in at once and with smiles on their faces the staff had everyone full of fresh food and satisfied in no time flat. Solid place. Solid people. Thanks Chris.

We visited the location in Hixson. The pizza was fresh and the restaurant tables were clean. Not like some of the other locations visited

Walked into the place took about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge us. Then we tried to find a seat all the tables were absolutely covered with dishes we had to ask a young man to clean off one table for us he cleaned off that one table and that was it. It must have been close to shift change because everyone was hanging around the time clock not helping the customers absolutely horrible customer service
Pizza was better before it closed..now that it's back open the pizza isn't the same

Omg it’s so noisy that my mom & I couldn’t enjoy our meals due to a group of prep school students who were totally out of control. I understand they’re on a field trip, but they’re totally unsupervised and management should have said something to their so called chaperones. We went back a few weeks later and lord how nasty! Some girl was in the restroom with the door open sitting on the toilet eating pizza! As soon as I saw her I walked out because I thought I’d puke everywhere!
