If you've been to Cici's before then you know what to expect from the food. But there's NO EXCUSE for this place to be as nasty as it is right now. I went to the restroom to wash my hands before I ate, and the smell killed my appetite, and it wasn't because someone had just used it. It was because it hasn't been cleaned. Almost every single table was FILTHY and it wasn't even busy. There was maybe one whole pizza added together to choose from for at least 15-20 minutes.

Cicis hit the spot today. My husband and I came in from a difficult day at work, and the new managers just made it even better! They were superfriendly and attentive. Cicis is usually chaotic but not today, it was chill the food was fresh and plenty of choices were available. I even caught them sining happy birthday to an elderly patron. Overall clean, friendly, and delicious! Today 5 starts is well earned!

The pizza on the buffet was warm at best. The dessert pizza looked so sad and cold. The salad bar items didn't look fresh or refilled. The booths had rips and tears making them uncomfortable to sit in. Needless to say we will not be going back to this location.

Over all the visit was pretty good the only reason I listed four star instead of five star is because my wife found hair in the salad mixes when we brought it to the manager's attention he really didn't do anything about it nor was the salad mix replaced on line while we were still there
Our food was very fresh, very nice and friendly atmosphere. My family and I will definitely be returning.

Today is 1-25-25 Me my wife and our 3 kids had lunch here today. They were so excited to go there to eat and play the games, so we went. Started off badly with the clerk that took I order who was rude and could barely even speak English. We repeates to the clerk 3 times what we wanted and to honest I think the clerk just took a guess and handed us 5 drink cups. The bathrooms were so disgusting they smelled like pig farms. The kids wanted to play games and some would just take the credit from the card and not work at all. The ceiling above one of the games was missing and had nasty watery like liquid dripping from old nasty looking pipes. There was an overflowing trashcan next to the drink machine that had the most awful smell on earth. We cleaned our own table cause no one there understood what we were saying or just didn't want to do it . The entire salad bar needed to be thrown out it was so filthy. We did eat some pizza and some of the cinnamon rolls it was ok . I honestly don't know how this place ever passed inspection in any kind of way . I will not be going back. Over the years this place has gotten worse in a real bad way.

The trash beside the drink machine hadn't been taken out in way too long, and it stank like someone had defecated. I didn't know where the noxious odor came from until I walked past it and gagged.

The bathroom was dirty.It smelt like bleach,and they people working didn't wear gloves to make the food.Two workes came out of the back they guy pants was halfway down his body,and the girls top was tigh u could see everything and they guys private area was sticking out of his pants.The worked were on their phones,their manger knew but didn't do anything about any of this.The food made my stomach hurt the dough was sitting out on racks there food was burnt there pasta noodles was way overcooked the workes didn't even care for 3 people it was over 30 dollars.The workes was rude the manger knew and she or he did not care. I'm never going back and I'm surprised yall have 3 stars.
