Over all the visit was pretty good the only reason I listed four star instead of five star is because my wife found hair in the salad mixes when we brought it to the manager's attention he really didn't do anything about it nor was the salad mix replaced on line while we were still there

Today is 1-25-25 Me my wife and our 3 kids had lunch here today. They were so excited to go there to eat and play the games, so we went. Started off badly with the clerk that took I order who was rude and could barely even speak English. We repeates to the clerk 3 times what we wanted and to honest I think the clerk just took a guess and handed us 5 drink cups. The bathrooms were so disgusting they smelled like pig farms. The kids wanted to play games and some would just take the credit from the card and not work at all. The ceiling above one of the games was missing and had nasty watery like liquid dripping from old nasty looking pipes. There was an overflowing trashcan next to the drink machine that had the most awful smell on earth. We cleaned our own table cause no one there understood what we were saying or just didn't want to do it . The entire salad bar needed to be thrown out it was so filthy. We did eat some pizza and some of the cinnamon rolls it was ok . I honestly don't know how this place ever passed inspection in any kind of way . I will not be going back. Over the years this place has gotten worse in a real bad way.

The trash beside the drink machine hadn't been taken out in way too long, and it stank like someone had defecated. I didn't know where the noxious odor came from until I walked past it and gagged.

The bathroom was dirty.It smelt like bleach,and they people working didn't wear gloves to make the food.Two workes came out of the back they guy pants was halfway down his body,and the girls top was tigh u could see everything and they guys private area was sticking out of his pants.The worked were on their phones,their manger knew but didn't do anything about any of this.The food made my stomach hurt the dough was sitting out on racks there food was burnt there pasta noodles was way overcooked the workes didn't even care for 3 people it was over 30 dollars.The workes was rude the manger knew and she or he did not care. I'm never going back and I'm surprised yall have 3 stars.

Cici’s Pizza in Chattanooga, TN (Gunbarrel rd) is awful.
On Tuesday, Oct 22, 2024, Cici’s Pizza had a coupon on the adult buffet ($4.99) that ran until 11/12/24. Usual price is $8.99.
This coupon was displayed on the website but not prominently and transparently shown in the restaurant. Neither was it mentioned by the cashier.
This was a shady cash grab sanctioned by the upper management, as the short-haired cashier told me she was “just doing as I’m told,” and that she had “just called her manager.”
I went in, and the cashier charged me full price until I mentioned the coupon. She said all employees were instructed by their manager to not help customers use the coupon.
I struggled until she finally accepted the coupon shown on my phone.
Horrible company. I then sat and ate while telling everyone who came in that there was a coupon on the website.
The cashier threatened to call the sheriff on me, and told me I had to leave because I was telling other customers about the coupon and Cici’s shady practices.
I did not leave or stop telling others. I’d paid for my buffet, and I was going to enjoy it while informing others.
I wasn’t committing a crime; Cici’s was.

Many of the tables were left dirty and untouched with dishes stacked on them the whole time I was there. Most of the workers was just sitting around on their phones. The food was pretty good. Hopefully they will see this and make improvements on keeping the restaurant cleaner.
