We had our grandson’s birthday party there . The manager , Chris, went above and beyond to make sure everything went well ! The staff was friendly and we couldn’t have been happier !! Thank you Chris !!

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted at the door with a smile. The management did an awesome job letting us know the process and the facility was very family friendly. The customer service was top tier and Cici’s should be proud of having someone like Chris lead the team. Great job!

Friendly staff. We got there at 9. They were already closing one of the bars. A group of 20 came in around 9:30 and the manager told them they weren't going to cook any more pizza. There might have been 5-6 pizzas left on the bar. I understand wanting to go home early, but that was hundreds of dollars in lost business and the group had to go find somewhere else to eat.

Went in for dinner within an hour of closing time and had a chance to meet the new manager who was gracious for us to come in to eat. Fresh food was still being made up to the very end. Cici's was my first ever pizza, had childhood birthday parties at them, so it's got a special spot in my heart as a pizza nerd. Always nostalgic and satisfying to eat here.
