I’ve been a loyal customer of this café, spending hundreds of dollars here on lunch and drinks. Today I came in with my Stanley cup, filled it with water and ice (which is free), and added just a small splash of lemonade for flavor. The owner (male) confronted me in a rude, condescending tone, saying I should pay or ask first and that he has watched me do it — and did so loudly in front of my boss. I understand if there are rules about refills or drink use, but this could have been my handled with kindness and professionalism. Instead, it felt unnecessarily embarrassing and I will not be giving this cafe another dime of my money. Btw it’s the owner (male) every other person is very kind.
Typical smoke shop with various needs/wants. It’s only the 5th one in a two block radius.
I’ve been eating here for a short time. But no matter what you order the food is made fresh with generous portions.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I don’t know why I keep giving these dummies a chance. I work in the mall, why a 30 minute lunch, and always place my order online. No matter what time they tell me my food will be ready, it always takes 20 minutes longer than that! I order a grilled cheese sandwich and taco soup! Yet they can’t have that ready in a reasonable amount of time! They don’t know how to handle a steady flow of customers. Completely unreliable, and the food is only par. Not good enough to get disappointed EVERY SINGLE TIME! Today I watched them take orders and fill them for people who didn’t pre-order while I waited for 20 minutes. I will not be going back.
