Clumpies Ice Cream Co.

I tried to get ice cream here and I brought my six month old puppy. She’s only 3 pounds so I can’t leave her alone and I was visiting from Texas and I had her in her carrier. There was nobody in the store at the time and I just wanted to take the ice cream to go, but the lady at the counter told me that I had to leave because I had my dog. I went to the Clumpies down the street and they had no issues with my dog. So I wouldn’t recommend this location but the other clumpies in town was great and the people were friendly

Good ice cream, and great flavor options. They keep overcharging me everytime I go for some reason, but it's delicious.

The coffee cake ice cream was absolutely delicious!!! Cute little ice cream parlor with so many flavors to choose from.

Disappointing experience with staff. Ice cream was lackluster. Won’t be back. Thankfully there’s a Mexican ice cream place just up the street.

Great except there are several times we don’t go or turn around and walk away because the line is way too long and there are often only 2 people working behind the counter on very busy nights.

I really enjoyed the ice creams, they offer a wide variety of flavors and different serving options such as cups, cones, and waffles.

One thing I appreciated is that if you’re unsure about a flavor, you can ask for a small sample spoon to try it before making your choice, which is very helpful. After spending the day at the park, stopping by for an ice cream is a refreshing and enjoyable way to cool down and relax.

However, one downside is that the credit card payment machine doesn’t give you the option to decline leaving a tip, so it feels almost mandatory, which can be a bit uncomfortable if you just want to pay without adding anything extra.

Amazing ice cream and flavors! They handle gluten free so well and opened a new container and actually CARED! The flavors are awesome and the staff are great! Came on an extremely busy night where the line is out the back door the entire time and the girls are handling it perfectly! We will definitely be back when in town!

Our first visit to Clumpies Ice Cream Co. at 26 Frazier Ave. B was a delight, just as many had recommended. The enthusiastic, quick, and polite servers made a significant difference, even during the busy rush. I savored a double serving of pistachio and almond chocolate chunk in a waffle cone, while my girlfriend enjoyed a cup of salty malty. Both flavors were delicious. The only regret is not getting the names of the fantastic servers. If you haven't been to Clumpies, add it to your list!

We are from the state of oregon, sorry about that, but anyways, the service here was wonderful with very friendly staff, prices are reasonable, and and their homemade ice cream was great, I tried the salty malty and it was very good, especially with a fresh waffle cone.
