We stayed downtown with friends and decided to stop in Clumpies and are so glad we did. It was super close to Choo Choo Chattanooga, and the decor was so cute. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were so many options that we sampled a few flavors before making our ultimate decisions. We were all extremely pleased with our selections. The ice cream was absolutely delicious and so creamy. Highly recommend.

I never write a poor review, but I ran to post this one, because why did I order a cookie dough ice cream from a store called CLUMPIES and I had not ONE CLUMP of cookie dough in my mediocre ice cream??? WHERE ARE THE CLUMPS? Is this satire? There was no cookie dough in my serving. Honestly, a sin. Ruined my night, but reaffirmed why I have trust issues.

Internet told me this is the best ice cream in the area, and it was pretty good. My wife and I did the flight which is a decent deal for the amount of ice cream you get. Also, the artwork along the walls is real great, reminds me of Jon Burgerman.

Great flavor selection, and excellent quality! The espresso chocolate chunk was rich with large, soft chunks of smooth chocolate. The cookie dough was loaded with cookie dough. You can tell the owners are committed to producing a quality product! Love that the tasting spoons were metal, showing consciousness towards the environment.
Offered many unique flavors. Pretty to look at but it didn't taste as good as it looked. At this price point, I had high expectations that went unmet, sadly.

Every time we walked by, there was a line out the door, and we finally decided to brave it. Unfortunately, the staff seemed inefficient and there was no real sense of urgency, which only added to the wait—no wonder there’s always a line! The ice cream flavors were mostly basic, with just a few unique options. I found it a bit overpriced, but the ice cream did taste good. Overall, it feels a bit like a tourist trap, but if you’re craving ice cream, it’s worth it.
